“Needed a repair on my treadmill after it stopped working after a year. They were very responsive and helped identify the issue. A week later the treadmill was returned to me and it was fully working again.”

“Great value and an ideal first exercise bike. Fairly easy to assemble - as others have mentioned, attaching the tension cable is slightly awkward and this is probably the only time you need a second person to hold the upper part of the handlebar column while you attach the cable. Being just over 6' (184 cm) I would have liked to have raised the seat slightly more - but it's adequate.”

“Although my items wasn't delivered on the specified date which wasn't the fault of JLL they are of great quality. The 6ft barbell and 4ft ez curl bar are brilliant for the Price paid. The customer service I found to be very helpful. Constant updates on my items and every email sent I received a response the same day. I would recommend this company and I will be definitely using again in the future. Remember they are on skeleton staff and the delivery services are up to there neck in it at the minute so have a little patience 😁”

“Bought theic300 spin in march. All good until a click started every rotation. Wrote to customer's service for advice and received an acknowledgement to say they hope to get back to me within 72 hours. This was on 7th April, clicking is very annoying; for a silent spin bike, it's not fit for purpose.”

“Bought an exercise bike. Delivery initially delayed by a couple of weeks due to their insistence that as delivery address was a business one (not in any way connected with fitness) they had to check machine was for private not commercial use. when delivered went together easily, but from the first session the friction pad squealed. Thought this was as it should be so put up with it. Then the spot welds holding parts together on the rear foot decided to fail and there is a clunking when turning the pedals, and the saga with their customer service team begins. Send us video, send us pics, send us things through Whatsapp, all to no avail - 2 months after dialogue started still no replacement leg - even though they had the proof, clunking on pedal turning fixed by someone who had more gumption than JLL Customer Service and the friction pad squeal, which they even identified as a problem - well for that they expected me to purchase a new one - even though the original one had done less than 509 hours in 11 months with light resistance only. would of been better off spending a bit more money to buy a product more fit for purpose”

“What a terrible company I have had my treadmill just over a year and the motor has seized I sent videos to confirm this and they kept saying it was rust and not in the corrected environment I was in an outdoor shed but has been well maintained so they are no refusing to supply another motor so not buy from these guys as they are rude and try anything to not help you out”
