“Customer service could not have gone more out their way to help me with my treadmill. They talked me through the maintenance and answered every question I had. The running machine is now working like new.”

“I cross threaded the crank arm on my bike and the pedal fell off. The team were really good though and the crank arm and pedal were replaced free of charge.”

“Had to replace coil on rowing machine. One sent faulty but jll sorted this out very quickly and efficiently and had a replacement part with me a day later once they had seen photographic evidence. Very pleased with their excellent service.”

“I recently required a side casing/ belt guard for my wife's IC300 pro. JLL were so helpful to supply,and from ordering to receiving the belt guard was two days. Lovely person at JLL I spoke to and helped .great experience and great to deal with. Highly recommend JLL.”

“From initial query via JLL telesales line, the online purchase itself, the delivery communications from Arrow courier through to the treadmill itself was completely seamless. Purchased the T350 and whilst a smaller deck than a gym spec treadmill, it’s every bit as good across the board, great value at £600. After reading the 1 star reviews it seems like I’ve been dealing with a different company, can’t speak highly enough of them. Well done JLL. Top marks for the whole experience.”

“Fast response given the circumstances. Only place to have equipment. I was initially dubious about the negative reviews but it shows some people have forgotten about lockdown or the poor people that are still working or delivering.”

“The wrong colour was sent but they offered to send the correct colour when I contacted them. I said it was ok but they refunded me £2.40 for my trouble”

“Did wonder if a £164 bike could be as good a gym spin bike and the answer is yes, very sturdy I weigh 16 stone and supports well, no movement from bike, love everything about it, chain can be a bit noisy but ain't we all listen to some loud banging tunes when spinning”
