Terrible products. Avoid at all costs. Terrible products, terrible quality, terrible complaints procedures, terrible staff. I purchased a >£500 treadmill via their eBay account. It broke in less than 7 months. After contacting them to resolve the issue, they're blaming it on dust and hair. After promising to send me some replacement parts to hopefully rectify the issue, they ignored me and didn't send me anything. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. My rights have been breached because the item they sold me are neither of these. I've had to resort to going through their complaints procedure before I can escalate it with my credit card provider, trading standards and small claims court just to get what I am legally entitled to under UK legislation. Do not use this company. Look at their reviews on Google to see what service they provide. I wish I'd never bought from them and gone with a big, reputable company instead. Having gone through this company's complaints team and requested they comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they are now refusing to respond to my emails and refusing to answer any of my questions. This is the service you can expect from the unscrupulous company and the unscrupulous employees. They won't even confirm the address of their head office. I repeat: do not buy from this company - they will do everything they can to avoid complying with their legal obligations under UK legislation, including ignoring you!

Terrible products. Avoid at all costs. Terrible products, terrible quality, terrible complaints procedures, terrible staff. I purchased a >£500 treadmill via their eBay account. It broke in less than 7 months, and they're blaming dust. They're laughable. I've had to resort to contacting my credit card bank to request a chargeback because their products are not fit for purpose andnthe lowest quality. Do not use this company. Update: 28/02/2023. I just had jll fitness call me (11:30am) and blackmail me to remove this review otherwise they wouldn't issue me the parts they suspect have failed and cause their product to become obsolete. This is the service they find acceptable - blackmailing, bullying and harassment. Its disgusting.

Paid for treadmill 25/11/2022 to be delivered 08/12/2022. Never arrived. Excuses -technical difficulty, drivers on strike and then it got lost……. Complained on the phone. Told to put in writing and gave complaint email address. Did this. Response was very poor and contained information which was not misleading and incorrect. They stated they are dispatching another treadmill. Stated I wanted to take complaint higher and asked for deadlock letter. They cancelled the dispatch in order to not give me the opportunity to raise the complaint and did not process a refund. The necessary steps will now be taken. Avoid the company at all cost and read all reviews across review websites that show how poor the service is and the action customers have had to take. They either don’t get the item or it is stated that some arrive damaged or don’t last long.

I have gone through 3 spin bikes in 18 months, same problem/defective with the crank. This has caused my leg to be cut by the very sharp metal. Really annoyed as JLL won’t let me return the bike for this reason. Trading standards have been contacted and also looking into getting the bike safety tested.

I’ve had two R200 rowing machines from JLL, both have only lasted 8 months. Don’t waste your money.

Customer service is slow and unhelpful - by calling you get a better service. 2 products ordered from JLL and both were defective (and replacement parts were only partly sent). From looking at the reviews, the issues the 300 pro that I had are the same as many other people. Quality control issues clearly...

DO NOT BUY anything from JLL Fitnes. Selling Faulty Products, and refuse the Warranty!!! Bought an S300 Treadmill. Instruction was hard to follow, lots of steps are missing. Out of the box the treadmill had a lots of scratch and chip damage. I ordered a new one but i think I got the showroom one :( The build in speaker sound like an old radio from the 60's. On the screen the programs info only: p01...p02...p11... not show any info what the program is. Programs info only in the instruction manual. Durring the program can't check the calorie or heart rate, works only on quick start. The Hearth rate shows only 78, its never change! Not count your Hearth rate 2nd day: the handlebar slow down button stuck (possibly broken inside), not worked any other button pressed it 20 times then get back to normal. Customer service told: "The buttons are stick unfortunately, so you will have to pop them out." Thanks During the excersize continiously got an electric shock. There is a rubber mat under the treadmill, and using non synthetic clothes but can't get rid of this electric shocks. The Screen get damaged from this electric shocks, but the Customer service ignored my emails. DO NOT BUY IT, there is no warranty

Awful ‘after sales’ customer service. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere.

I would love to be writing a positive review of the £600 treadmill I purchased and may change this review if I actually receive it. Unfortunately it hasn't arrived, I can't get updates from their chosen courier and the worst part is they can't be contacted themselves. I know these are strange times but any company of any note should be able to offer some sort of contact method whether it be live chat, email or telephone. If this isn't possible then you would expect a notice to explain why. I have been trying to contact them now for over a week and their phone rings out for 2 minutes before being disconnected. I have also emailed on 4 separate occations for updates and never received a reply. The courier they use for large items is XDP who somehow manage to beat JLL for poor service reviews and I can see why. I had no update on delivery for nearly a week and then received an update to say it would be delivered within a 2 hour time slot on 15th June. We work from home so we were in and waiting! No change of status from the courier until the 16th when we got an update to say we had been carded... We obviously haven't and this seems consistent with other reviews I have read. You try to contact the courier and they only give email contact but also don't reply. They also have a message to say you need to contact the seller for an update on their delivery! So basicially I am waiting to see if they manage to deliver to the correct place without any way of contacting either the seller or the courier who if they are even trying to deliver are doing so to the wrong place. Please contact me JLL to resolve this issue!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I ordered a spin bike for my birthday. I was not told delivery would take place or that the bike arrives in 2 boxes. The box with the main frame was delivered however the box with the stabilisers and pedals was missing, reported to the company who said it would arrive in a few days. I should point out that ringing this company is a waste of your time as they don’t answer and will only respond to emails as and when they feel like. I notified them again that the box was still missing 5 days after original delivery and was asked for my address...no other correspondence after I sent this to them. A week after delivery I contacted them again asking where the package was...no response. Now trying to get a refund and go elsewhere where customer service are willing to help. I also contacted the delivery company and they will not speak to you as you are not the customer and send you back to the company at you bought the item from. The delivery company will batter the boxes your item is in and the company will blame you for it, they also don’t ask you for your signature. JLL state 2 drivers will deliver and bring on if on the first floor...1 driver brought item. JLL pass the book blaming the delivery service but done rectify the errors that have been made and then ignore you £429.99 on a spin bike for it to be not fit for purpose is ridiculous and customer service should be able to actually help!

Cowboys. Shoddy goods, but worse service. A truly awful experience. JLL went out of its way to be difficult at every opportunity. Avoid!

Appalling company. JLL is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Their service has been appalling from beginning to end. The spin bike they shipped us was defective. They refused to repair it and told us to return it for a refund. We therefore returned it within 30 days, but they only refunded 80 per cent. Worse, they deducted a further £25 to pay for the courier that repeatedly failed to show up and made us wait in three days.

A RIP OFF. Had a Ct100 cross trainer for about 14months. Firstly the speedometer failed to work I replaced this at a cost of £16 2 weeks later the pedal sheered of from the platform, it was only by luck no serious injury occurred. It was now JLL told me this product was now discontinued but could source parts at a cost of £55. This would now have cost me £71 for repairs in a little over a year. The cross trainer only cost between£85-90 I would have purchased another cross trainer at a discounted price , but this company would only sell me parts for a product that had already been discontinued. I will now take this to the consumer advice as Jamie at JLL informed me I wasn't the first that this had happened to maybe they will take it serious when someone is claiming for serious injuries. The customer service is a disgrace and I have asked all my family and friends to pass this on to 10 other friends keeping it going to shame this company.

The phrase 'wolf in sheep's clothing' springs to mind about this company. On the face of it, they respond politely to customer's concerns when complaints are made, but look a bit deeper and the behaviour of some, if not all, of their customer service staff starts to become defensive, then argumentative and then highly dubious to say the least. You'll find that a good number of other customers across the internet have also come up against a brick wall when getting frustrated and upset with after-sales service. My experience (yes, I can prove that I purchased from them) was a very negative one from start to finish ... I won't bore you with all the details, but it took many weeks of hassle to get my money back. In the end, I finally got my refund paid back through the Amazon A-Z Guarantee, but even this was harder than it should have been, because JLL told blatant lies to Amazon by claiming that I had not returned the item via THEIR courier they themselves arranged! Luckily, I had taken sufficient photographic evidence and I could have easily proven them wrong in court. (Taking photos is a valuable tip!) They do not include a trackable shipping barcode on their returns label, so it is all too easy for them to claim your return is missing unless you organise your own proof, as I found out later. In my opinion, I believe JLL sell poor quality imported goods which are significantly exaggerated by their glossy marketing. That might not be an issue to you if you don't expect very much of products you buy and think it's okay for them not to last very long (is that great for the planet?). But think carefully before ordering a large item that is not straight forward to return if faulty or you are not satisfied with it, particularly if you have to build it and then dismantle again to send it back. JLL use cheap, low-quality courier companies which are unreliable and impossible to deal with when things go wrong. Take a look at the reviews for their courier, XDP!! They made the situation even worse. On the plus side, I have learned a lot from this horrible experience, so in a way their staff have done me a great favour! :) However, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money on them ... I strongly recommend that you choose to buy your fitness goods from elsewhere, even if that means spending a few quid more. You have been warned!

Horrendous company with very poor customer skills. J150 spin cycle bought from them - via Amazon. On my 5th ride, the pedal sheared off, exposing a sharp metal point which lacerated my calve, leaving a 6 inch deep cut. After contacting Amazon, I then contacted JLL Fitness. They first tried to blame Amazon. After several emails by myself, they then 'suggested' that the bad workmanship was due to incorrect home installation whilst adding that Amazon have had no other issues with the product - insinuating that I was lying. Meanwhile I'm left with a nasty leg injury.

Where to start … delivery was over a week late, with no phone call in advance confirming delivery slot despite this being promised - luckily we were home. Delivery driver scratched my car walking up against it and neither JLL Fitness nor the courier have made any attempt to address this. On 3rd or 4th use of the treadmill it started tripping the mains RCD - have tried everything including a dedicated mains circuit and proved the treadmill to be at fault. JLL Fitness have blocked me on Twitter at the mention of my dissatisfaction of having my property damaged, and have now stopped responding to all emails trying to arrange refund and collection of the defective treadmill. Worst consumer experience I have ever had. Due to lack of response I will now probably need to take legal action just to get my money back and have the faulty device collected! Would avoid at all costs, incredibly unprofessional company to deal with.
