“Meds are great - but without a deep dive into a change in eating and living, it's just a quick fix. For those folks who are hearing the greatness of Ozempic, I would say do the program and experience true and long-lasting change. I've maintained my 65 pound loss, lowered my BMI, my blood sugar and my cholesterol and am feeling great!”

“I have lost over 65 pounds on Calibrate and it has been life-changing for me. The coaching has been very helpful and my coach always helps me with ways to get back on track when I am struggling. The only thing I would change is that communication around my medication has been extremely poor, and I constantly have to ask for refills to be sent so I can get my medication before it runs out. But other than that I would recommend Calibrate to anyone struggling with weight loss.”

“Calibrate has been a game-changer for me. I have lost over 20% of my body weight and my previously abnormal labs and blood pressure have all now normalized. The coaching sessions are brief but helpful in maintaining perspective and the lessons have helpful tools, tricks, and tips. The medication ordering and shipping, and insurance approval process has some hiccups so patience is required to work through these issues”

“Losing weight (approx 40 lbs in 10 months!), appreciate the classes and coaching. Response times in the app getting better. I do find the red, yellow, green food choices confusing. I would love it if you had a website where we could go to enter a food (I.e. "sweet potato fries") and have it give a portion size and what color it is in your pyramid.”

“Calibrate has been an excellent program, it’s motivated me to push out of my comfort zone and I’ve lost a significant amount of weight. Only issue has been with getting the medicine due to nationwide shortages but the Calibrate team quickly compensated.”

“When I started Calibrate this summer (June 2022), they were going through some transitions. For my first few weeks, the communication was poor and there were several obstacles in obtaining my medications. However, Calibrate heard the concerns, responded, and made the necessary changes and I couldn't respect them more for it! Now they are running like a well-oiled machine! The coaching is fantastic (Connie is marvelous), there have been no further issues in getting my medications, and since starting my GLP-1 in August, I've lost 30lbs and have reshaped my relationship with eating. I'm so happy I joined Calibrate and have recommended it to friends and colleagues!”

“It took a while to get started, but the health coach is amazing and once all the kinks were worked out it has been fabulous! I’ve lost 12% of my body weight in the first 6 months on the program. The coach and lessons are well worth the cost. And getting that magic GLP1 is the icing on the cake!”

“My adventure with Calibrate started rocky, but now I wouldn't change that for the world. I started at the heaviest I have ever been and am slowly getting to where I want to be. My coach has been one of the best things about Calibrate, along with the medication, which has been a lifesaver. “I have participated in other health or weight-loss programs before, but never one that holistically addresses all areas of health, nutrition, education and emotional well-being. I have more energy, a healthier relationship with food, better labs and a more positive outlook. I am continuing for a second year and can't wait to see if I can match the first year weight loss of 15%.”
