Lovely baby clothes but poor stock levels in shops. Online ordering is a real battle; shows items as available but when you try to put in the basket nothing happens. Contacted customer services - eventually - only to be told " oh that means it is out if stock" 🤷‍♀️. Orders take forever to arrive if you do actually manage to order an item. Hope quality will be maintained but delivery improved now they are owned by Next.

Hi. I just wanted to alert you to a really negative experience I had on 3rd April at your Northcote Road store. Myself, my baby, my husband and my sister wanted in at approx. 15:40-15:45. We were just after lunch and wanted a casual stroll in to see if there was anything suited my baby. As soon as we walked in: we were initiated by a very rude woman saying “you’ll have to be quick! We close in 5 minutes- we close at 4” we said we’d literally be a few minutes. Before we could even reach the middle of the shop, the same lady actually literally turned off all of the lights (please make me understand this behaviour??) then the other lady actually started hoovering (!?!) I physically was shocked by this. This was the most rude I’ve ever experienced during shopping. She was huffing and sighing the whole time we were there. I then made a purchase (more because I was shocked) and she didn’t want to put the dungarees through. She huffed and sighed whilst my husband tried To find his blue light card in order for us to get 10% discount. In turn the other lady locked the door and slammed it behind her eye rolling. This is awful, awful, discriminating, childish, disgusting. All because someone needed to shut at 4, you’d of thought their lives depended on this. I’m really highly upset and I want to know why you’d employ such rude people. I’ve never experienced such high rudeness in all of my life, and I’d like to know why. And now they disregard this message on IG and don’t reply to me. Disgusting behaviour

In the last month, I have been into the Cheltenham store of Jojo mama Bebe twice. On both occasions no one approached me, spoke to me etc. They were to busy talking about a doctors appointment, the second time what they were doing later! I left and spent £72 in Next. As a grandma I like to buy for my granddaughter, but definitely won’t be going there again.

Still waiting for delivery of items ordered on 15/1/22. Replacement meant to have been sent 27/1 but still no sign. Last time will be shopping with you. Atrocious service.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, tried emailing, social media messages - no response/help in understanding where my order is. First time ordering as a mum to be and never again! They've just taken my money and ignored me, the worst service I've ever received. Finally, got a response from live chat and it turns out they've 'lost my order'. Now issuing a refund which will take 14 days. So they've held onto my money for over a month with no contact. So appalling.

Lovely clothes and staff at local store very helpful but tried to order three times online as store doesn’t stock everything and can’t get through to the payment pages after an hour each time of looking through items and deciding

Received amazing service on Monday in my local Berkhamsted store, I booked a vip appointment I didn’t get the lady name but she was also pregnant she was so lovely , let me ask lots of questions. She really made me feel at ease especially as I wanted a bra fit and nervous of labour. I Would 100% return to store when my little boy is born.

Placed an order in November and received an email telling me it was delayed - I’ve since sent three emails which have been ignored, got through to customer service who promised she would get back to me same day / no return call or email. The money for my order has been credited to my account but with no explanation or apology- I only gave one star for service as couldn’t give a zero- very disappointed in service provided

I've never heard of this company but it keeps sending dodgy looking documents to sign. The on-line chat does not work when I tried to find out why - I don't like the smell of this one.

Your Stamford store manager is Rude and questioned my discount voucher in away that made me very uncomfortable ( considering it was a professional weekend) it’s the second time she has done this to me so will not go back a 3rd time.

Received excellent customer service at the worcester store today. I rang to enquire if they had the wooden clock in stock which they did not. I wanted this item for my grandsons birthday at the weekend so they immediately checked the delivery that had just arrived. To my delight there was one and I collected it immediately. Everyone was very helpful.

I never leave reviews, but thought I just had to after receiving such amazing customer service from JoJo. It’s such a shame to the company that there are so many bad reviews and hopefully they are trying there best to improve on this, which is why I think they have gone above and beyond to help me. I purchased a product for my baby in June before he was born. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the product and I’ve not even used it but my nerves have got the better of me and I don’t want my son using it. I emailed my concerns to JoJo on the off chance they would be happy for me to return it maybe offer me a gift card. They have gone over my expectation and arranged for a collection and offer me a full refund. They really didn’t have to and I am so grateful!

Frighteningly bad service . STONGLY ADVISE DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER. If you have had problems like they don't confirm order, ignore info requests as to where is order, when you do their email does one to customers as ; " this site is a no reply " so you have no help whatsoever. I'm chasing an overdue weeks overdue. Nothing NADA . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I'M STILL WAITING FOR A CLICK AND COLLECT DELIVERY TO THE YORK STORE ORDERING WEEKS AGO

Edinburgh Morningside branch. Excellent, informed, enthusiastic and helpful assistant. Even though I arrived near closing she helped select outfits, checking stock etc until I was happy. The clothing I bought is excellent! Gifts I am proud of. But it is your excellent sales staff who made the visit so pleasant and enjoyable. I'll be back.

I ordered an item from this company online. I was notified that it was on its way and the courier then notified me that it had been delivered. However it had been delivered to the Isle of Man, nowhere near my address! The IOM address had somehow got onto the order. After emaìl correspondence, the company's conclusion is that, as the parcel was correctly delivered, the courier cannot recover the goods and JoJo will not refund my money! They have offered to waive the delivery charge if I wish to reorder - no chance! Never again!

I ordered a selection of pretty things for my granddaughters 1st birthday, born in lockdown last year, approaching her first birthday and I haven’t met her yet. After being given 5 delivery slots the clothes have still not arrived. Car breakdown/ sickness was used for the excuse. I accept this for the initial delivery but not 5 times. This morning I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund. That apparently can’t be processed until the parcel is delivered, I have to return it and then wait for the refund, we’ll how long is that going to take and when am I ever going to actually receive the items. In the meantime, I’m £75 down with no present for Ivy. I love jojo maman Bebe, the classic smocked dresses and tops with pretty embroidered hems are what they do best. I will never shop online again as they are a reasonably expensive product and give the impression of quality and superior service and then use the cheapest worse courier service. I’ll stick with Boden in future, they use Royal Mail, always guaranteed. It’s down to me now to call back in a few days to see if they can track down the order while they hold on to my money, no suggestion of them contacting me, never again

Is this actually a business! Exceptionally poor at everything. Impossible to buy via website. No answer on customer service phone line. No response to email inquiries. Chat not working. Waste of time! I rarely leave reviews and pointing this out as this company will be out of business soon unless it pulls it's cute little baby duck socks up.
