While I did have an unfortunate mishap when one of the straps broke, the customer service team was incredibly helpful in getting a replacement sent out. Legitimately, I emailed them from the 4th fairway on a par 5, and by the time I was putting, the new bag order was placed on my behalf.

I was hoping the hat was going to have “Jones” written in an arch near the back side of the hat. I really wanted “Jones” to stand out and be more noticeable. I know I didn’t see it when purchasing it, but I didn’t feel there were enough pictures showing 360 degrees of the hat.
Man, I was so, so bummed it didn’t . I wanted it to look like the “ Jones Circle Patch Rope Hat - Black,” or the “ Golf + Field Rope Hat - Black.”

“Purchased the new Rover stand bag and I absolutely love it!!! Light bag with three dividers. My old bag was heavy and had 14 slots for clubs. Horrible to get clubs in and out. This Jones bag makes playing golf easier for me. Wedges and putter in front, irons in the middle with woods and driver in the back. Easy in and out. Always know we’re my clubs are.
