“I've made a purchase and all the warranty information on the item being bought it was that it can be returned in 30 days for whatever reason. You just need to pay the cost of the shipping. You only need to get in touch with the support team and request the address for sending the item back. I'm trying to get the address since 23rd of June, I was requested to open the package and take a photo of the item, which I did, and now after sealing the package again, they are requesting more photos. The warranty say you can return for WHATEVER reason, the refund is a different conversation, but they continue to refuse to send me the address due a policy that was never mentioned in advance. #XXNVJJJ8”
“I couldn't give less than a star, such companies should be closed since they are scammers. I've bought a toy via order 37E96X7W and it came with a broken leg. I asked for a refund and provided some pictures with it. Then I was asked by their incompetent support to provide a picture of the package it came it, I did that as well. Then I was asked to provide a video by smashing the toy with a heavy object so that it's destroyed. I provided that as well. Then I was asked to provide a video of cutting the toy with a sccisor, it seem were trying to avoid at all costs the refund. Since I declined this and asked for the refund since I already spent enough time providing evidence I got the refund declined.
Save yourself the time and go to alibaba or other serious platforms and avoid these scammers.”

Even more shameful, they ask me to get from the Local Post office document that I have not received a package followed by a nonsense request to translate by an official translator same in English. Support Team was (even) unable to advice who is the carrier? On application information is just "delivered to final operator"

Don't buy from this place Ever, I bought ip camera which came with no instructions , the QR and iD number were wrong, the QR code which didn't work was put I a place impossible to scan, so I picked it off, all the information was wrong, I even down loaded the manual but still QR and iD didn't work, I've emailed lots of times but not helpful, it was a present so I through the out packing away which they wanted a number off?? So I know have a ip camera that cost me £31 totally useless, I may just put it in the bin...the only way joom in my mind can send me a free replacement that works, the hours and hours I've tried to get this waste of money and time to work, I have other cameras so its not a case that I don't know what I'm doing... Thanks JOOM for nothing.”
