Although the company insisted that the transaction had been completed on their end, my bank confirmed that no deposit had been received, attempted, or rejected. After a thorough investigation conducted by both my bank's fraud department and UNIQUE RECOVERY FIRM it was determined that there was no trace of the transaction. Fortunately, following the investigation, I was able to recover my funds successfully."”
“I have placed an order in January for the products not possible to purchase elsewhere in Europe, received a confirmation that it is sent out. Tracking order number is not valid, customer service is poor. More than month later there are no products and no sign that I will receive those. Customer service response takes 10 days (I did not get it yet). So for me this website is a complete scam with not taking the responsibility.”
“I purchased a product in November 2024. I contacted them in December and then in January because they refused to send me a tracking number. When I requesteda refund. They told me to wait 15 daya. Luckily, I used PayPal and was able to lodge a dispute. I don't think that they are a genuine website.”

“Their sizes are terrible. This is what their customer service agent messaged me “The Chinese sizing system is a bit tricky and differs from the one in the EU and UK. So in order to avoid any confusion, our merchants are obliged to put size charts in cm/inches in the description of the products, when it's necessary. We urge you to check those charts every time, because sizes may vary from the measurements of other sellers, or even similar products.”
They clearly know that their sizes aren’t correct, why don’t they warn people during the shopping process and not wait to tell them when they receive small sized clothes, small enough to fit children, yet you’re purchasing for an adult.
They are a scam that people need to be made aware and purchase with caution or NEVER AT ALL. Coz even the fabric and quality is so bad. The material is so thin and flimsy, I doubt they’d survive 2 washed.
So disappointed; and on top of that, they want to charge you return fees and if you’ve bought multiple items, you return each item to its seller yet they send you everything in one bulk.
They’re just thieves.
