On 27th December 2025, I ordered the two items listed on the following webpage: https://www.joom.com/el/orders/p-695487029d897d946ccf9d01 One № WDLG9XW3 and one № JV6JW2G3, which were shipped on 31st December 2025 under tracking number 2635357056. The consignment arrived in Greece on 4th January 2026 and was sent to the Glyfada branch of ACS Courier on 6th January 2026. On 7th January 2026, ACS Glyfada sent me an e-mail asking me to collect the package from their offices. The offices of ACS in Glyfada are far from my home, up a very high hill, and are not accessible from my home address by any means of public transport. I am 81 years old and do not have a car and so the only way that I could get to the offices of ACS in Glyfada would be by taxi, which would cost me more than the local cost of the two items that I had ordered from your company. When I had ordered the items from Joom, I had expected them to be delivered to me at my address. If I had known that they would be delivered to ACS in Glyfada and that I would have to collect the package from there, I would not have placed the order. As ACS is a courier company, I have repeatedly tried to telephone them and have repeatedly sent them messages through their contact form on their website to ask them to send or deliver the package to my home address and have offered to pay them extra to do so, but they never answer their telephones and have never replied to any of the messages that I have sent them. I attach a copy of one such message to this e-mail. And yesterday, ACS sent me an SMS to my mobile telephone from a 'no-reply' number telling me that they are returning the package to you. Please contact ACS urgently and ask them to contact me by telephone immediately to arrange to deliver the package to me. If the package is not delivered to me within one week from today's date. I will file a claim through PayPal asking PayPal to get you to return the money I paid. I strongly recommend that you stop using ACS. The quality of their service will ruin your company's business in Greece.

My order placed 6 months ago never arrived. I was promised a refund 6 weeks ago, which also has not arrived. The email address I found to use online does not respond to messages. Certainly will not use them again. Imagine the interest they are making on bad business deals like this one

Absolutely appalling returns service. Communication with the company has been a nightmare. I've often had to wait 48hrs or more for a reply to the automated chat and usually it doesn't answer my question. I returned everything well within the alloted timeframe and complied with all of the photographing and postage costs etc. When I clicked to recieve my refund back to my bank I was awarded Joom points. Despite my best efforts I've been told these can't be exchanged for a refund onto my card. Don't use this company there are much better companies offering the same products with a much better customer service.

I ordered 2 hoodies keep to promises keep promises under 2 hrs and they won't let me cancel. But did say you can cancel within 2 hrs I def won't be ordering again especially wen they do

We ordered a lovely motorbike jacket and received a substandard jacket which my other half isn’t happy with. Contacted support team who offered a 50% refund which went on to joom balance rather than going into my bank account so I have now had to buy more stuff on Joom which have no idea what this will be like. Feel coned and annoyed. Will not be using them again!

Warning – Terrible Service and Complicated Returns I purchased a window-cleaning robot from Joom, which did not work properly and left noticeable marks and streaks on my windows. When I contacted customer service, I sent several photos showing the problem. That wasn’t enough. They then demanded a video, even though my windows were already clean. To comply, I had to film a friend’s windows instead. Even that wasn’t sufficient. They insisted I show the entire process—filling it with water, the machine spraying, and the full cleaning procedure. Capturing the streaks on video is extremely difficult due to reflections and camera focus, but they seemed unconcerned. Eventually, I gave up and decided to return the product. Although the website stated the item was shipped from France, the return had to go to China, costing me around 40 euros for an item that cost 80 euros. They also required additional photos and videos of the package for the return. In my experience, Joom makes it unnecessarily complicated to file a claim, seemingly to discourage customers from completing a return. Extremely poor service and misleading information. I do not recommend Joom.

My item got damaged in transit in the UK, I’ve been waiting 3 months for a refund and now they are saying contact the sorting office for collection of my item which is now showing as a complete order. It’s a joke AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not buy from this company at all, I ordered trainers for my son, they never arrived I contacted them on numerous occasions asking where my delivery was, no reply at all, I claimed the money back through my bank then 3 months later the money is reversed back, the bank claims that they provided evidence of delivery. I still till this day, have had no contact from this company at all, no parcel delivered, and now money taken back from my rightful claim through the bank. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered what is the first picture and recived what is in the second picture, and paid $163 for it. Absolutel dishonest company. Stay away.

I bought a very expensive dental imagining x-Ray machine from Joom, and it shows that UPS delivered it to me, but i never recieved it. I asked from Helpcenter from Joom, and they dont help me to find it. Every time with any stupid answer they kill the time and i dont know what to do. Dont trust them at all, bcs u cant get ur money or parcel back.I am living in Switzerland and this is not acceptable.

Very bad experience. First time ordered mount for loudspeaker. It was scratched and lacked a screw to attach the two parts together. Second time I ordered lid of frying pan. Instead of lid of 30cm diameter I got one with 15cm. It seems that this shop is not in position to deliver a quality product that you have ordered.

I had been waiting for two weeks for a withdrawal to be deposited into my bank account. Although the company insisted that the transaction had been completed on their end, my bank confirmed that no deposit had been received, attempted, or rejected. After a thorough investigation conducted by both my bank's fraud department and UNIQUE RECOVERY FIRM it was determined that there was no trace of the transaction. Fortunately, following the investigation, I was able to recover my funds successfully."

I have placed an order in January for the products not possible to purchase elsewhere in Europe, received a confirmation that it is sent out. Tracking order number is not valid, customer service is poor. More than month later there are no products and no sign that I will receive those. Customer service response takes 10 days (I did not get it yet). So for me this website is a complete scam with not taking the responsibility.

I purchased a product in November 2024. I contacted them in December and then in January because they refused to send me a tracking number. When I requesteda refund. They told me to wait 15 daya. Luckily, I used PayPal and was able to lodge a dispute. I don't think that they are a genuine website.
