“Warning – Terrible Service and Complicated Returns
I purchased a window-cleaning robot from Joom, which did not work properly and left noticeable marks and streaks on my windows. When I contacted customer service, I sent several photos showing the problem. That wasn’t enough. They then demanded a video, even though my windows were already clean.
To comply, I had to film a friend’s windows instead. Even that wasn’t sufficient. They insisted I show the entire process—filling it with water, the machine spraying, and the full cleaning procedure. Capturing the streaks on video is extremely difficult due to reflections and camera focus, but they seemed unconcerned.
Eventually, I gave up and decided to return the product. Although the website stated the item was shipped from France, the return had to go to China, costing me around 40 euros for an item that cost 80 euros. They also required additional photos and videos of the package for the return.
In my experience, Joom makes it unnecessarily complicated to file a claim, seemingly to discourage customers from completing a return. Extremely poor service and misleading information. I do not recommend Joom.”
“My item got damaged in transit in the UK, I’ve been waiting 3 months for a refund and now they are saying contact the sorting office for collection of my item which is now showing as a complete order. It’s a joke AVOID AVOID AVOID”
“Do not buy from this company at all, I ordered trainers for my son, they never arrived I contacted them on numerous occasions asking where my delivery was, no reply at all, I claimed the money back through my bank then 3 months later the money is reversed back, the bank claims that they provided evidence of delivery. I still till this day, have had no contact from this company at all, no parcel delivered, and now money taken back from my rightful claim through the bank. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SITE.”
“I bought a very expensive dental imagining x-Ray machine from Joom, and it shows that UPS delivered it to me, but i never recieved it. I asked from Helpcenter from Joom, and they dont help me to find it. Every time with any stupid answer they kill the time and i dont know what to do. Dont trust them at all, bcs u cant get ur money or parcel back.I am living in Switzerland and this is not acceptable.”

“I had been waiting for two weeks for a withdrawal to be deposited into my bank account. Although the company insisted that the transaction had been completed on their end, my bank confirmed that no deposit had been received, attempted, or rejected. After a thorough investigation conducted by both my bank's fraud department and UNIQUE RECOVERY FIRM it was determined that there was no trace of the transaction. Fortunately, following the investigation, I was able to recover my funds successfully."”
“I have placed an order in January for the products not possible to purchase elsewhere in Europe, received a confirmation that it is sent out. Tracking order number is not valid, customer service is poor. More than month later there are no products and no sign that I will receive those. Customer service response takes 10 days (I did not get it yet). So for me this website is a complete scam with not taking the responsibility.”
“I purchased a product in November 2024. I contacted them in December and then in January because they refused to send me a tracking number. When I requesteda refund. They told me to wait 15 daya. Luckily, I used PayPal and was able to lodge a dispute. I don't think that they are a genuine website.”

Ich habe Fotos und Videos geschickt ....Fazit die Mängel wurden derart kundenunfreundlich in Frage gestellt und das Porto für die Rücksendung nach China muss ich auch übernehmen. Schrott liefern und dann noch den Kunden unseriös behandeln....no go. Hände weg und gut überlegen, wo wann bestellt!”
