Very disappointed with my last purchase so tiny, I think you should display it on someone’s neck so customers can see the actual size

I bought this for a birthday present but was that embarrassed about the size of the charm had to buy a second present its so small you cannot actually read the message on it very disappointed

Unfortunately very tiny engraving could hardly see it when this was on my nomination bracelet.. Choose soul sisters.. Sadly disappointed

I put my order in before Xmas, and was informed that there was a delay and would not receive the item in tim for Christmas. Told despatched 31.12 still not received. Then told despatched 4.1.22. Still not received

Thought id paid for next day delivery, to arrive yesterday on my granddaughters birthday. Delivery came today but man was gone before my son got to the door...so still not got it....disappointed. cant comment on actual product as granddaughter hasnt received gift.

This ring is a replacement for one that broke after a week of wearing but because it was sent back outside the returns period I couldn’t have a refund. I did explain that I wasn’t returning it because it was not suitable but because it was broken i.e. faulty. So I’m not happy with the service provided.

Although delivery was quick the item was much smaller than I was expecting, and definitely not worth the price. Disappointing.

I wouldn't order from this store again. I was shocked to discover that the jewellery I'd ordered for Mother's Day was (supposedly) put in the post without any tracking information. I paid for 24 hour delivery, but it took over a week to arrive, and with no tracking information available I'm not sure whether this was actually even dispatched when they say it was. When the items finally arrived, they were posted through the letterbox on a Sunday afternoon by a regular male in a car. No Royal Mail uniform or vehicle in sight. Perhaps they hadn't sent it out in the first place, then after receiving many complaints from me they have used a courier service... No idea, but I don't trust this company. As for paying extra for the 24 hour express delivery and not receiving it for over a week, they blamed Royal Mail, but I contacted Royal Mail and there were absolutely no hold ups in my area or the company's area so I suspect my package wasn't even sent out when they say it was. Read other reviews as this seems a regular occurrence. There is no way to speak to anyone on the phone either. You have to email and then wait for their reply. Not great when your Mother's Day gift is in the post somewhere. I had to tell my mum that the present hadn't arrived despite me ordering in plenty of time and paying for 24 hour express delivery. After ordering from Joshua James I read many reviews where the same concerns as mine were expressed so they obviously haven't learnt from their poor feedback. I wish I'd read reviews before I ordered. Personally, I will never order from this company again as I don't want expensive jewellery delivered via an untraceable service. It should be obvious to any good company that you provide a service where expensive goods are tracked! This is common sense!

I like the design of the charm however I don’t like that it isn’t double sided like other dangle nomination charms that I’ve bought, it also came marked and took a while to get the dirty marks off

Unfortunately I can’t review something I am yet to receive. The first two orders I made came really quickly the third however I am still waiting - got an email a week ago saying it had been dispatched but still nothing.

I have purchased items from this company before, their nomination charms are good, however I wouldn't recommend the ones that have free engraving, as in the past few months, I have purchased 2 for my mum and 2 for my daughter, they have recently cleaned their bracelets and the black writing has come off all of these, they have contacted joshua james via email and never had a response so I think their customer service is disgusting, we have ordered engraved items direct from nomination in the past and theres never has this issue so it's obviously the ink that joshua james uses.

I recently bought a nomination bracelet and charm as a 21st birthday gift. Purchase was simple delivery was quick but I had issue putting said bracelet together. I did email you for help but never received a reply. Ended up having to ask for help from another party so yes your initial service was good but your after care is seriously lacking. It will make me question whether I buy from you again

Placed an order for a nomination bracelet and four charms for my daughter's birthday. The charms arrived on time with the bracelet missing. I understand these things can happen but the customer service was appalling. Eventually after much perseverance I received the bracelet.

I purchased 2 nomination charms from your selfs and was expecting them to arrive 3 days later but they took a fortnight to arrive and as they were a Christmas present I had no option but to go out and buy another 2 in Case I didn't have anything to give my wife at Christmas. And I was given the excuse that delivery around Xmas is slow if I had known about that I wouldn't have purchased from yourselfs as I said I had to buy elsewhere to make sure.

After escalating a claim to PayPal my item miraculously came after 4 weeks of waiting Too many companies taking too many orders over Xmas and not being able to cope with delivery Puts you off buying from them again
