Shocking customer service. Good quality product when eventually arrived. No contact from company after many requests about missing product, didn’t answer phones. When finally stated wanted money back, gained contact. Ordered 5th December product finally arrived Christmas Eve in post. Understand post was delayed but many other items purchased arrived by different companies arrived a lot sooner on post.

sent email regarding 10 day waitfor del then when it came i got 1 charm and 1 blank link insteadof 2 charms at the cost off £50 will never use this company again for nomanation john greed do the best del and keep you up to date covid or not

Having placed an order at end Nov for a nomination bracelet and birthday charm fory daughter's birthday mid Dec, I was extremely disappointed that my parcel arrived and only the charm was in it - bracelet missing. I did make contact and was told that the missing item was sent out 4th Dec - this never arrived. After many emails, I was told another would be sent recorded delivery 15th Dec - still no bracelet. Finally many days after my daughter's birthday 22nd Dec it was agreed a replacement would-be sent by courier. Knowing the postal issues I fail to understand why the initial replacement was not sent by courier in time for my daughter's birthday ( which I did detail it many emails). Although I should have this hopefully in time for Christmas the disappointment had already been experienced, after all I did purchase a happy birthday charm not a Christmas one! My biggest issue with the customer service is trying to get a response as not actually able to talk to anyone in person. This experience has not made me want to continue purchasing from Joshua James which is unfortunate as it was to be the start of my daughter's nomination charm collection. Overall a very disappointed patent and teenage daughter as this item was her main birthday wish.

Received 3 nomination charms from Joshua James, the packing was really disappointing one back for 3 charms they was for two different people. The one charm was an engraved charm and it’s unreadable. Messaged at least 5 times still no response.

I have contacted these on many occasions several of which have been ignored. My charms came of really poor personalisation. I sent them back to be buffed out but have come back extremely scratched up. The money you pay to receive something of high quality has turned out to be so poor. And for the customer service, well that’s just terrible

Jewellery is good but very disappointed with the packaging. Arrived in a plastic snap bag, it was a gift.

The writing is not very clear. It would need to be done in darker ink. More importantly you sent the two charms linked together when they were for different people. I couldn’t take them apart and couldn’t ge tour of the shops so I had to ask my 80 yr old mother to take it to Argento to get them separate as they were for Xmas pressies. NOT VERY CONSIDERATE!

Lovely jewellery and great packaging but I was disappointed that there was no tool to attach and remove the links. This is my only criticism it would make things easier if a tool was included as many people would struggle and put them off buying off this website

Despatch advises July 30th Charm arrived August 13th Royal Mail 48 hour postage label on Jiffy bag. Not actually convinced despatch is when they tell you it is ! Won’t rush to use again

Jewellery is fantastic, can’t fault it. However, I paid £’s for “next day delivery” which was absolutely utter rubbish. I paid the purchase understandable on a Friday evening, I finally got the goods Wednesday afternoon!!!! Unclear on checkout for Saturday and Sunday delivery, it just says Sunday delivery available! I was expecting this Saturday/Monday. Waste of a delivery fee when PostMan Pat could of delivered it at the same time possibly quicker and for free!!! But fantastic jewellery.

Have order several from this company but wont anymore. Was sent a voucher i couldnt use. Then charm i ordered i paid fullprice day after i recieved it they put it on half price. After they had already told me nomination never gets discounts

Not at all happy! I ordered a Nomination bracelet and charms! This is very new to me and it arrived on time great! I opened the envelope and the bracelet literally fell out! So I looked at it yep great. There was a plastic bag with the 2 charms in. There was only an invoice in the package! No instructions whatsoever with a bracelet that is very difficult to put together!!! So I will not be ordering again as it needs a jeweller to put it together! Very disappointed
