i ordered a bracelet and charm.i expected the charm to be put on but it came seperate so the bracelet is sitting in bag as i dont know how to do them

Item not as advertised, and returning sees an additional charge that they don’t absorb or refund. Terrible, especially as a NHS worker.

I needed some jewellery on short notice and purchased 4 necklaces. I was able to purchase them as they were in stock but a day later I was told I had to wait as they were not in stock. It was very disappointing. When I emailed they dealt with my query quickly and efficency but it was still a inconvenience.

I was very pleased with my purchase! However! It was delivered to the wrong address! If it wasn’t for the honesty of a neighbour I wouldn’t have received the item! I never got an email to say it had been delivered! Think you might need to review your delivery drivers! The item itself was very well received for my friends birthday! I have given 2 stars as she may not have got it!

I was very disappointed with the earrings I purchased. They were much small than they looked in the advert and, in my opinion, they are not worth the £29 I paid. I will not be giving them to my daughter as I intended, but they may be ok for my young granddaughter.

Got in touch with them week before christmas after waiting nearly two weeks for my next day delivery (that I paid extra for) and they still haven't got back to me.

A promise of a first purchase discount turned out to be very misleading and in effect a sham. I lodged a query about this on their "contact us" page and they haven't bothered to reply. I ordered a wedding ring and it was made clear that there is a 4 week delay, but it has been three weeks already and there has been no update from the initial message. This is rubbish customer care given the size and importance of the purchase.

Reasonably priced and delivered quickly. Quick responses by customer service. Unfortunately, the earrings were stapled to the invoice rather than being in the box. I threw the invoice away without looking at (as I bought online, so I wouldn’t have used it for anything). 2 days later I realised they weren’t in the box, so I now have no earrings and an out of pocket. Check the packaging. Partially my own fault, but I do feel there should have at least been a note in the box if the goods weren’t in there.

That jewellery roll I ordered was damaged when I received it. After several attempts with invalid email addresses I eventually sent photographs of the damaged item. So far I have not received a reply to my query, ie, hoe do I get a replacement.

I placed my order on the 5th of December and unfortunately it still hasn’t arrived. Too late for the Christmas presents they were intended for. Maybe was due to the postal strike.

Package was delivered to an incorrect address. I can proove it with the map. I know that the delivery from Royal Mail isn’t their fault, but their reaction to my complaint is. They are not willing to take this up with Royal Mail until 14 days,. This parcel is not lost in the post, it’s been delivered to the wrong address!!

Not received it yet . Ordered 23 nov dispatched 24 th . It’s now the 19 th December and I’m still waiting . I have been told twice wait till Friday now it’s wait until Wednesday . 2 days before Christmas . Thanks for trying to find my package . Tracking . Not good . Entered number and I’m told can’t tell you anything yet as it’s not been delivered . That isn’t the point is it . Really annoying .

I placed my 2nd order, on 29th November for a nonimation charm, this charm is a Christmas gift, the order was placed in ample time to allow delivery prior to Christmas. I contacted the customer services team via email and spoke with Jade. As I have a real concern my package has been lost.to be old to wait 14 days, well as you can imagine this is not acceptable, I have paid for a item, and as on 9th December still not received it. This I beyond your own timeframes advised, may I aslo dd my 1st order, was also placed in November and arrived within 3 days during royal mail postal strike, so there is no reason why I still have not received my Christmas gift? I have requested a second charm to be sent. In fist class post but doubtful this will even be considered, so why should I be left to wait for a parcel hat is clearly not going to get here. Then wait a further 14 days this takes us after Christmas so no point in that, i paid for an item, I expect it to be delivered yiu took the payment, I should be offered a full refund regardless, this isn't a great customer satisfaction on a second order

Only received half my order still waiting for other items. When I rang girl was great on phone however still waiting a 6 days later for goods that were missing

Product was nice and reasonably priced. But disappointing I ordered next day delivery and it didn't come next day. It took 2 working days. I understand there have been various postal strikes but don't offer something you aren't 100% certain you can deliver.
