“It’s the Ist time i have bought from Jonathan James. There was a problem when trying to order online. I rang them but they don’t take orders by phone. I emailed them, they was very efficient and replied back almost straight away. After a few more emails the problem with ordering online was sorted and i was able to place my order. I was very happy with the nomination charms, the efficiency of the company and the speedy delivery. I would absolutely recommend using them, i certainly will be in future. Thank you Jonathan James 👏👏”

“Fantastic company. I've now had 3 orders from this company and I've been impressed each time. I've ordered nomination charms and the official nomination packaging is sent with the delivery so the charms can be given as a gift. This impressed me as I normally order directly from nomination and have never received their packaging to make the charms into a gift. Also free delivery if you choose that option and all orders were received within a week. Engraving was free on the charms that you could personalise and the writing is really clear on the charms. It costs extra to have them engraved from nomination directly. 10/10 from me and I highly recommend Joshua James, especially for the nomination charms.”

“Lovely jewellery and great packaging but I was disappointed that there was no tool to attach and remove the links. This is my only criticism it would make things easier if a tool was included as many people would struggle and put them off buying off this website”
