“The necklace u revived was a beautiful necklace the only issue was it came not packaged properly therefore was tied in 100s of knots which took hours to get out.”

“I had made 2 orders for nomination bracelets and charms for my granddaughters birthday I received one order but the other was delayed and I was getting worried I wouldn't get it on time but customer services team kept me informed and answered any emails I sent promptly which I appreciated .I would recommend buying from joshua James. I received my second order on time. Thank you”

“Ordered a nomination charm. It didn't look like anything like the picture. It was the Greek eye and was supposed to of dangled like the shape of an eye what I got was a blue blob nothing like the picture. I have purchased nomination links before from you. Never again”

“No jewellery after 2 weeks of waiting. No reply to my emails and no way phoning them as the line cuts out after telling me to go through the bloody email route!!!! I wanted this as a present for my daughter but now I will have to look elsewhere as I don't want to disappoint her. Very angry with the very poor service and lack of accessibility to a human being. Especially as we are paying premium prices for this jewellery. And using covid as an excuse to provide such a poor service is farcical as I have placed orders with companies abroad since ordering from Joshua James and the have already arrived!”
