Would give 0 if i could. Ordered 2 charms, received email days later saying they were not in stock and would be dispatched in 3-5 days. 10 days later still nothing. Customer service said would be in stock wed and dispatched. Still no stock Thursday so 2 weeks later i cancelled and got refund. Terrible

Ordered a bracelet and charm as a gift for someone on 1st August and still haven’t received either of them after being told it would only take 3/4 working days- it’s now been 8... (they also weren’t cheap). Won’t be shopping here again.

Wrong item was sent, which also arrive late, and then the returns policy is one that only works for the company rather that the customer. No desire for the company to make up for its mistake.

Ordered my items.... two days later told they were out of stock, no mention of this on the website!! Emailed customer services, not that great no real info on delivery times and I've not got the time to chase orders. 11 days before it arrived. Too late for what I wanted it for!!! No gift bags either!! Wish I had gone to jeweller's shop now and got the product in my hand right there and then. I thought ordering on line would be a quick and easy process but too much hassle dealing with these people!! Won't be using them again!!!

Ordered a nomination charm for a birthday present leaving plenty of time for first class delivery. 4 days later i receive an email asking me to confirm my delivery address, this came after i had already received an email confirming that the item had been dispatched. Poor explanation when challenged over what had happened. Very poor customer service. Now the present is expected to arrive way after the event. Very disappointing all round.

Ordered earrings as a present 3 weeks ago, nothing to suggest they were out of stock, until the confirmation email came saying awaiting stock. Have heard nothing since. Rang last week and was told delivery expected Friday. Now The following Wed and still nothing. Have cancelled order and will never use them again

It’s been 8 working days !! Since my order was made and 7 since it was dispatched! Where is it ? I’ve wasted £22 on your company and I’d never recommend it again !!

This is the second time I've ordered a charm to then have an email saying it's out of stock and I must wait for an email to say when it's in stock. I ordered the charm 9 days ago for a birthday present. My friends birthday had now been and gone yet she still doesn't have it. You should update your site and state which items are out of stock. I Won't be using you again and if the charm doesn't arrive this week I will take this further. Not good enough!

purchased this item the rose gold bangle and charm on the 6th of april, and still not received the item! been told by customer service i have to wait 14 days from dispatch date then i will have to wait again to go into the next process!! Very disappointed, Paid for items i havent received and been told i have to wait. no refund or items!!

We are hugely disappointed by the service as our order didn’t arrive and when we raised our concern , we are told to wait till 5 Apil as their policy says to wait for 14 days before they can report item is list in the post. Unbelievably frustrating as it was meant to be my Niece’s 13th birthday present which appears to be never send as it is not delivered 😕

Rubbish service, didn’t receive item, customer service not bothered that I didn’t have an anneversary present for my wife on the day, ordered over a week before it!
