On 15th I ordered two nomination links and the order was confirmed by email. Next day I was sent an email that they were out of stock so I phoned and was told there was a delivery on the 17th and they could be in that, they weren't. I have since ordered the same links twice from your websites and on both occasions been allowed to order and choose next day delivery even though I have been told on the phone that they won't be in stock until at least the 24th. I am (and my daughter will be) very disappointed and I think you should implement some means of linking your stock control to your online orders.

Sadly I never received my charm which was for a birthday present. After numerous messages and phone calls from my husband to your staff after a rather rude message received from your company via Paypal resolution centre. I have been left with no outcome. I have bought from you before but can assure you I will not do so again after the way I have been treated.

Never received order from 17th december. Paid for next day delivery to be told they sent it out by 1st class royal mail. still waiting on refund and poor customer service. Hard to contact by phone and no response threw emails.

How on earth can a company guarantee Christmas delivery and not even have reference number or any proof it has actually been sent out! Staff couldnt answer any of my questions and there was No manager available to talk too , absolutely furious!

Guareenteed Christmas delivery did not happen!! I was left with No Christmas presents for my daughter in law ! Told sent out on the 19th Dec by Royal Mail .... funny that I received other itens I ordered elsewhere on time Via Royal Mail! No offers of support or to rectify the situation... very poor customer service!

Ordered my husbands Christmas present, they said it was despatched the day I ordered 19th of December, still not received apparently dpd have lost my order. Dpd won’t talk to me and Joshua James keeps ringing as engaged tone, no reply to my emails either!! Disgusting service and now my husband wakes up to no Christmas present!!!!!!

What a terrible service! I ordered a bracelet last week to be told this week awaiting stock yet still advertising as in stock and available for delivery working 24hrs!! Quick to take your money but not send you the stuff

Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with this company. The only positive I can give is that my order was shipped on time. My order arrived damaged so I was advised to return the goods. Having done so, I have been waiting over one month with very little communication. I always have to contact them to find out about delays and now I wonder if I will ever get my order. I'm at the stage now where I just want a refund but they never answer the phone and my message has not been answered...I would not recommend this company to others.

made my order next day delivery then i get an email telling me awating stock 17 days later im stll wating not even an update on my order they do not answer the phone do not go near this company

Shocking service. Promised delivery before we go away tomorrow and won't even pick up the phone. I have tried all day on 2 different numbers but nothing. If they arrive tonight I'll remove this but very doubtful.

Selling items and taking money for products they don’t even have in stock and then send me an email pretty much saying that I will get it when I get it. And no point before the sale was I made aware that the item was not in stock. Shocking considering I bought the item as a gift SORT IT OUT!!!

Will never order on this website again! Took my order and payment for nomination bracelet and charm to then send an email straight after saying out of stock awaiting new stock coming in. They didn’t give a date as to when this would be so after numerous times trying to ring them and never getting an answer I emailed to then be told should be within 7 days. Finally received my order 13 days later a lot longer than the 3-5 days it was suposed to be.

I ordered some charms for a birthday present. One of the charms that was sent was totally the wrong one. I emailed customer service. To exchange the charm would take too long and I would need to buy a new one and get a refund on the one they sent. Even though it was their mistake. The refund would take 7 - 10 days. Very disappointed not sure if I would use them again or even recommend them

Shocking service. Ordered an £170 watch on 26.11.17 for next day delivery, got an email to say it was dispatched 27.11.17, still not here! Had an email 4.12.17 to say it was never dispatched as the watch was not in stock but that it was coming in stock that week and would be sent straight away. Still not here and had no replies to emails since , don't think I will be seeing this watch and will struggling to get my money back. This is the second time I have used this site and the first time my item was 10 days late also. Do not use.

Awful, I have still not received my order and have been told I have to wait 14 working days as it's Royal Mail policy. What about Joshua James policy for good customer service !!! When the 14 days are here I will ask for my order to be cancelled.

My items have still not arrived. I have called customer services about this that many times I have lost count. In addition I have sent 3 messages to customer services to resolve this issue and have had no further correspondence. I have now been waiting over 2 weeks for my item. Absolutely shocking service!

I never received my items and I’m still awaiting a refund. Customer service is non existent except for email, which rarely get replied. I would never buy of this company again and would urge anyone else to think twice before doing so .

I ordered 2 bracelets with free next day delivery. 2 weeks later after still not receiving them I tried calling them but the phone just rang and rang (I tried on and off for 4 hours). So I emailed them to ask when they were posted and tell them I still had not received my items. A few hours later I received an email telling me the items are now out of stock and they refunded me. If I hadn't of chased them they would never have refunded me. So annoyed because both bracelets were for Christmas gifts and they were shown as in stock when I bought them and paid for them. Truly disgusting service from this company and I can only recommend that people avoid it. When there is so much competition around for Jewellery stores I will just be going elsewhere with my business.
