The bracelet I ordered did not come with the charm that I ordered aswell. When I emailed customer services, after waiting for a response, the reply only stated that the charm 'should be attached to the invoice' with no apology. If the charm was attached to the invoice I would not have emailed in the first place. I emailed back that I wanted a refund and have had no response since. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

I thought the bracelet would be able to wear I cannot fix it or put the charm on so it is now in a drawer and cannot wear it .

Item showed as in stock on the Joshua James website, so placed order. However, received an email the next day saying awaiting stock. Despite this, they have taken the money (£100) from my account; and they have not sent any updates in well over a week despite my having sent two emails to them via the website. Also, the item has continued to show as in stock on the website. Would definitely not recommend!!!

I spoke to the lady on the end of the phone about an order that was awaiting new stock. The new order of stock was late on the arrival of the delivery. I did not know this before purchasing the item as it said ‘in stock’ on the website. I was annoyed because it was a present which was late. Then, I wrote a complaint to tell them how I was annoyed and if they sent me a different charm out I would pay the £9.95 for engraving which it says on their returns policy and the website for the lady to tell me they don’t have the facilities to do engraving. Absolutely horrendous customer service, didn’t even get an apology! Most definitely will not be using Joshua James again, nor will be recommending them. Useless.

Both times I've ordered with these people I've been let down. First time a couple of years ago second time nearly 2 weeks ago. Both times as birthday gifts so fairly time sensitive. I am organised enough to buy gifts in plenty of time so why can't this company be organised enough to know what stock they have in and give the customers an idea of when (if ever) they will receive their order! The first order missed the birthday by and month and a half! This order Isaboutto miss the birthday. The phone number is engaged all the time and when it isn't it rings out and then goes engaged again straight away. No way to leave a voicemail. Crap customer service

I still haven't received the charm I ordered 5/9/17for my daughter's birthday. I have contacted Joshua James 7 times and the only replyI have received is to say I have had a refund. This is a total lie and I have now had to raise a dispute with PayPal. Beware as the web site allows you to order items that are out of stock and you don't find out until after payment has been taken. The phone lines are never answered either.

I ordered my item for my mums birthday. I ordered it on 1st September 2017 and despite it saying "first class post 1-2 days" I'm yet to receive the item and my mums birthday has been & gone & she's still waiting for her present! (it's now 12th September) I'm upset & angry as I've sent a few emails to customer service and not had ONE reply yet!! They were quick to take my payment though which left my account 10 days ago! Very poor service. I am still hopeful the item may arrive for my mums sake but I will never use this company again!

""Ordered a charm on the 3rd August stating in stock for a birthday, received email saying "Waiting for stock" and still waiting!! Emailed and received automated reply on 30th August and still no communication. Tried phoning but just rings, are they still in operation? They cashed my money straight away but can't get hold of them although website ordering still works, always ordered through them but worried I may have lost my money!!

Poor quality but unable to return due to their policy of not sending earrings out on sealed bags so they can't be returned! It's the first time I have come across this and I question if this does not infringe my rights as a customer. I do not want these goods and they won't have them back! Buyer beware !!!!

I still have not received my order and when I have emailed you to check where it is you have not bothered to respond. Can someone give me a call asap I am disgusted in this service. The charm was a present off my grampa who was unwell and has since passed away so it's really special to me.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago to which I was told the item was in stock. Money removed from account and an email was sent saying the item was then being delivered from Italy. Finally had a dispatched email on Friday 25th and a week later the item still hasn't arrived. The charm was for my Grandmas birthday which was on Sunday 27th August and sadly I still haven't been able to give it to her as it hasn't arrived. Will not be using this site again. Customer email is still yet to be answered as well. Quick to take my money but not quick to send out my package.

Placed order 23/8/17 as item showing in stock! Later received email saying item was out of stock! I emailed to say I no longer wanted item as was very disappointed as I'd only ordered it as it was in stock as I needed it urgently! Received email confirmation you had received my complaint and someone would be in touch. Never heard from anyone, but then received email saying item was going to be despatched - even though I'd told you I didn't want it!! Very disappointed with your company, false information given about stock levels and customer service. Will be very reluctant to order from you again!

Ordered on 14th August and still have not received the product. Have contacted the company twice since. They advised the items were despatched on 25th August but a week later and nothing had arrived. Shocking.

After ordering 9 days ago a product that was advertised as in stock I was informed it was out of stock & would take up to 10 days. As this was a present which I required quickly I asked for a refund to which I am yet to have a response. I then received a dispatch email 6 days ago & having enquired yesterday as to the delivery method have had no response or delivery. Very poor communication by this company.

I placed an order a week ago with the delivery method Royal Mail First Class and still haven't received my items. Tried contacting the website and made a customer request and still not heard anything back. Joke

Ordered £180 worth of 'in stock' jewellery on 9/8, then items were out of stock. Money has been taken from my account and as yet I have had no reply from 2 emails and no one will answer my calls. Shame really as have used them many times before.

I Ordered 2 items and still haven`t had a delivery,,all i can say is that i won`t be using this company again !! Especially when the items i ordered were for my partner`s birthday which has been and gone,,Definately won`t be recommending the company
