Absolutely awful! I would never use this company again ! I ordered a gift that stated in stock as soon as payment was taken I received an email to say awaiting stock I chased and the lady is very rude on the phone no apology just an excuse saying they had moved premises I have since received a dispatch email and still awaiting the product 6 days later .. even when checking now the items says in stock which she's aware of and said there's errors on the site ...customer service needs shaking up

The item was faulty, I returned the item over a week ago. I have not received a refund & they have not responded to my emails or the dispute I have raised through PayPal. I have also not been able to contact them by telephone. I am extremely concerned.

i ordered 3 charms as a birthday present for someone, it says online they're all in stock and i selected 1st class delivery as i needed them fairly quickly & i am still waiting for my order as they don't have the stock and they're waiting to see if it is in the next delivery they have!! it should say on the website before you click add to bag that it currently is out of stock but you can order it for when it come back into stock as i now don't have a gift for someone!!

My Thomas Sabo ring fell apart Sent this back weeks ago, Chase every week - No response/No update Totally poor Customer Service And have nothing to show for £135.00 spent in October and fell apart in May

I ordered a nomination charm,paid next day delivery on 20/7/17 for a leaving present.I had an email to say it was out of stock. They still let me pay next day delivery and order.By 28/7/17 it still has not arrived.I filled in a form to ask when arrival and ask for refund of next day delivery charge and days later no response.

Incorrect delivery ie missing items now delay in receiving missing goods due to human error somewhere, like to now whos paying for phone calls getting things sorted should be some sort of compensation, disappointed as this was a birthday present. Will seriously think before ardering from Joshua James again.

Ordered several Nomination charms. Full amount debited to my card. No indication that some of the charms I ordered were out of stock until I received my parcel. I then was notified by e-mail that they were waiting for new stock but it was from a "no reply" address. I wish they'd been honest at the time of ordering as I needed all the charms at the same time. I had to source one of them elsewhere to complete a present. More expense! Annoyed that they debited my account with the full amount. Still no notification as to when I'll receive these charms. Bad practice!!

Ordered 2 charms for special occasion got an email confirming they where despatched then got another email to say out of stock needed them for certain date still haven't got them. When tried contacting use got no reply complete joke never shop here again and have bought a lot of charms from use!!

Beware if returning !!! I returned a bracelet and charm for full refund after shocking customer service from the whole company, the shop would only refund the bracelet as they said the charm wasn't in the packaging !! I know it was securely in the envelope which I returned to them. Basically I was accused of lying, and being a fraudster......something I point blank refuse to take !!! (How do I know she wasn't lying to me, and that is WAS in the packaging and she just said this due to previous problems !) Think twice before you shop

Shocking customer service, and not for the first time either. I actually ignored someone who told me this before I found out first hand for myself. No customer liaison or customer satisfaction whatsoever. Couldn't even offer a resolution to my dis-satisfaction. Account cancelled.....Argento for me in the future.

As it won't let me reply to the comment made I'll write another review. Your website won't let you go past the bit about putting your address in which I did. The website for some reason using the auto piece where you type in your postcode and select address is faulty.

It looks like I'm not the only one who has had trouble getting a charm I've ordered. I ordered a nomination braclet and eagle charm the charm never arrived I emailed them no reply *2 then phoned them, the replay was well we sent it too them we will look into it. Rang again same response so I asked to speak to a manager was then argued with saying no he's not available then I said that's fine when he is available reply after more argumentative conversation was no. Seems like other people ordered charms and not got them. Not happy

You took my money and then said the charm was out of stock and you'd contact me again when you had some. No good when the charm is a present plus I have just contacted you for a second time as you didn't bother replying to the query I wrote last week. RUDE
