If there was 0 stars I could give i would. Rang 5 times still no answer to the only number provided. Will not be using this site again. 1st class delivery and I've called trying to track this and no one knows anything. Spent good money too on what was meant to be two father's day gifts for 1st time grandads!!!!

Hi Sapphire Thank you for your review; however in this case I believe you have been in touch with our customer services and they have informed you that you unfortunately left off both your street name and house number when placing your order. Over a week and product still not arrived. It was for my God daughters 18th birthday. When I called you said I've got to wait until 14 days before you will even investigate. Terrible customer service.

Please do not buy from Joshua James, although I don't have a problem with my purchase, I did have a problem with delivery! I opted for the next day delivery as I was buying a present and needed it to arrive with my friend before she went travelling, however, unless you go in and read the small print in the terms and conditions, next day delivery only works if you order before a certain time on a Thursday! Regardless of this, having stated next day delivery on the choose a delivery method page, Joshua James still allow you to select next day and pay the £4.95 even though they have no intention of it arriving the next day! This is a disgrace and they should not mislead their customers like this! You should not have to read the small print on the terms and conditions page to find this information out. I will not be ordering with this company again through principal and I hope this review will stop anyone else being completely ripped off!

Hi Jean I'm sorry you have found your experience not a pleasurable one but as we have emailed you directly and informed you, it is clear at checkout once you select next day delivery it will actually tell you the day it is due to be delivered. Unhappy with the customer service because they lack communication. I have not gotten a answer as when my package will be deliver,it's been more than three weeks and nothing. The website advertises that items are in stock when they are actually not in stock

I have not received my package yet, It's been three weeks since I order a trollbead from the website because it said the item was in stock . It is false advertisement to say a item is in stock when actually is not in stock. Customer service is lacking Communication. I haven't gotten a right answer as when my package will be deliver.

I chose a present for my sister - a nomination house charm and still waiting. The amount has also been taken from my bank account. It was a surprise for her which is now, well and truly spoilt. And still not delivered. I complained by e-mail and this has not been answered.

It's have been 20 days since the dispatch and I didn't get the parcel! I'm asking for the tracking number and no one answer my emails.

Just received an email informing me my parcel is going to arrive tomorrow. I ordered on Friday, so even if I had made a mistake, 'next day delivery' would be the next working day, which would be Monday now it is coming on Tuesday! Very, very unhappy, it was not made clear when I was on the delivery stage of the process that weekend deliveries weren't available and now I find out that even though I paid an extra £4.95 to get it here the next day which would have been Saturday. I'm now told it won't even be here today either! So now the parcel is basically useless because I needed it for Saturday for a birthday and now I have to wait even longer than I thought I would. On top of this I haven't had a reply to my previous message for 3 days. Very disappointed, ridiculous delivery days and charges and I will not order from here again.

The item I ordered does not fit. I have tried all week to contact Joshua James as it states this must be done prior to returning for a refund. They don't answer the phone, email or contact us page. I'm going to have to take it up with the credit card company that I used to make the payment. Customer service is shocking.

I have used Joshua James on several occasions & I have always been pleased. However I placed an order in March & have not received the item. I have emailed them 3 times but have not received a reply. I have tried ringing them but they either do not answer or I get an engaged tone. I am starting to become concerned.

Very disappointed with not just poor customer service but no customer service at all! Sent a query in regards to the item ordered however 19 days later still no answer!! I ordered a links of London bracelet which according to the website is supplied in official packaging, this is not the case. The gold and diamond bracelet came in a plastic bag inside a Josula James cardboard box. Very misleading and inaccurate website. No attempt has been made to date to offer an answer or solution to my query. Very disappointing! It would appear that you have to sacrifice service to save a few pounds!

They are shocking with accurate order status information. I have made three orders in the time I have used them. Paid for the item all goes through fine but only to find an email the next day saying the item is out of stock. Most recently I have missed my wife's anniversary present because of this. The fact it's not just a one off is terrible. I won't be using them anymore.

The item I bought looks quite different when it is in my hand from the way it looks on your web page. I wanted this item for the gold 1st in the middle of the rosette. It looked very bright and 'gold' on your web page. In reality you can hardly differentiate between the gold and silver. Very, very disappointing. Also, I paid £4.95 for next day delivery. I ordered on Friday and it didn't arrive until Tuesday. Even leaving out the weekend it should have arrived on the Monday. You have conned me out of quite a bit of money. I'm not at all pleased it's your service.
