I paid for next day day delivery, my item took 2 days to dispatch and arrived 3 days after ordering. I lodged a complaint 5 days ago and have received no response

order was dispatched on 6th December and still haven't received. I can never get through to your customer service team. During the day it rings out and at night it is constantly engaged. The online chat team take days getting back to you. This is the second time I have bought from Joshua James as the first time was a smooth transition. I will however never buy from here again as the service has been appalling.

Ordered a bead for my wife's birthday and paid for next day delivery. It turned up 3 days later and after her birthday. I emailed twice with no response. Then I noticed I was refunded my postage, I also then received an email saying if I wanted to return it send it back using a tracked courier. No apology for there error or response to my point that I shouldn't have to pay for returning the item due to there mistake. Wont be purchasing anything from you again. I understand it was near Christmas and mistakes happen but not even an apology for your mistake has really annoyed me.

I have been shopping with Joshua James for several years, and previously very happy with the service. However, my account appears to have been deleted and I have lost my loyalty points. I emailed over a month ago to try to find out what had happened, have as yet had no response, so have switched to a different online retailer and would no longer recommend.

I ordered an item yesterday, showing as in stock and to be delivered the next day - at 8.25pm I receive an email advising that they are awaiting stock to fulfil my order. Is it too much to ask for accurate stock readings at the time of order. I have now emailed them as I need the item next week, if I hear nothing by COB today I am going to get my bank to reverse the transaction as so soon after Christmas I can't afford to pay for an item twice while I wait for them to refund me. Been into my account and there isn't a 'cancel' option even though the item isn't yet dispatched, reeks of wanting the money in their bank to me....

Placed my order over a week ago. The charms were supposed to be a Christmas present & I'm still waiting for them to arrive!!. Gave Joshua James the benefit of the doubt again this year after they let me down last Christmas as well. Will never use them again.

I placed an order on the 8th of December for a Christmas gift. I received an email advising that the item was out of stock but to please rest assured I would receive the order in time for Christmas. Despite trying to call (constantly engaged) and emailing to which the best they could manage was a generic reply. It took until 16:40 on the 23rd of December to receive an email advising that I would not be receiving my delivery in time for Christmas and that my item was being placed on back order which is no good given it was a Christmas gift. Non existent customer service and will be ordering from Xen Jewellery in future.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a necklace as a Christmas gift for my partner on 13/12/2016. The confirmation email said it will be delivered in 3-5 working days. I received no contact from them so took it upon myself to get in touch on 21/12/2016. I phoned 8 times before someone finally answered the phone, only to be told that they don't have the necklace in stock and it won't be delivered until 1st week of January. No one thought of contacting me to let me know this, when it's blatantly a gift for Christmas. I managed to source the necklace elsewhere and cancelled my order the following day, after having to phone them 6 times before anyone answered. All I received was a circulation email to confirm my refund has been processed; no explanation, no apology. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL - DO NOT USE

Placed my order on 12 Dec, delivery supposed to be 3-5 days. On 13 Dec recd email saying awaiting stock, 7-10 days, but 'rest assured I would receive my order by Christmas'. Last night recd email saying delivery was today by DPD and they would advise delivery time. Contacted DPD and they haven't even recd parcel from Joshua James. Tel number just rings and nobody answers, obviously they don't care about their customers, but as this is the second time this has happened definitely will not use again.

Ordered some charms on the 21st and paid extra for next day delivery, no charms and no email explaining what has happened! The contact number is a waste of time as it just rings and rings and no one ever answers. I can't be believe these jokers are in business, do not order anything from them if you expect even the most basic of customer care and professionalism!!!!!!!!

Absolute joke a company! Took my money then straight after my confirmation email they emailed me to say out of stock! This was supposed to be an Xmas present for my niece.

I do not recommend this shop, ordered some charms fort Christmas presents in plenty of time and after 9 days had arrived they wanted me to wait 14 days to start taking up with post office apparently procedure this would be after Christmas so no acceptable i rand several more times and after few emails finally they agreed to refund, unfortunately this has now also happened to my daughter who ordered a few days after me but we can't get in touch by phone as nobody answering and no joy with emails either so very disgusted she cant afford to buy them again !!!!

My guds were apparently dispatched on the 7th Dec. I've still not received guds and now they are not answering calls or emails. Very disappointed. What do I do now!!! X

I ordered a nomination bracelet and charms after being assured of next day delivery. This did not happen. Tried to contact but no-one answered phone. Emailed but just had a standard automatic reply. Tried to phone again but had no response, will try to cancel bank payment. Buyer beware, buyer beware!

I ordered a nomination charm at the beginning of December in plenty of time for xmas. The next day I got a email notification saying it was despatched (all good so far), 3 days after ordering my package turned up. I opened it to find a charm that was similar to the one I ordered but not the one I ordered. They had charged me for the one I ordered but sent one that was £10 cheaper. I immediately phoned, the lady on the phone was very difficult to talk and not helpful at all and just said return it and they will send the correct one. I returned it Special delivery next day at a cost of £6.45 to me. It arrived the next day at 10.13 am as I tracked it. 4 days past and I heard nothing! I rang, got the same woman, had to explain it all again and all she said was have I had a email confirmation. I hadn't, so she said "well I have a pile of return parcels to deal with you know!" In an abrupt tone. I explained this was a Christmas present and not my fault, they sent the wrong one. She said she would deal with it if I emailed them. So I sat and wrote and email. 4 days later, still had nothing, no emails or phone calls. So I rang, got the same woman again. Had to explain the whole thing again to her. Eventually she put me on hold, then came back on and said, they couldn't send it out coz it's not in stock! She said it would be in stock that afternoon so it would be sent out. 2 more days later and nothing! No contact whatsoever. I again rang and ended up speaking to the same woman who yet again seemed to play dumb and not know anything about it. After explaining yet again, and being told the same things as previous and also then being placed on hold again. I was eventually told the charm was out of stock and I would just have to wait! I gave up and demanded a refund, went to my local nomination supplier (Barry Bott), got the same charm for the same price! Absolutely no customer service, this isn't the first time I have had problems with Joshua James and this time I have learnt my lesson

Very disappointed. I ordered a NomInation charm for a Christmas present on the 9/12/2016 and received an email to confirm that it had been dispatched the next day but it still has not turned up. I have tried to phone but no one answers. I received mail to say they can do nothing because of the Royal Mail 14 day policy. I hope I have no problem after Christmas either receiving charm or money refunded.

I still haven't received my charms & they we're 4 Xmas present can't afford 2 buy any more as I have already payed £110 . 2 you why couldn't u have let me no sooner and payed me back my money ?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Ordered a present for my daughter on the 5th December was advised that it had been sent. Have still not received it. They have taken my money and now my daughter has no Christmas present. They aren't answering my emails or either of the phone lines I have been calling. Terrible service. I fear the company is dishonest, taking money with no intent of supplying goods. Buyer beware.
