Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Ordered a nomination bracelet and charm in October. Was moving house while they was awaiting stock, so changed our address on our account over 10 days before we was due to move. Moved house 5-7th November, got an email 10th November saying items been despatched to old address. 4 emails and no reply from them. Rang them today and they say it's not their responsibility when the items have left them. Told us to find it through Royal Mail but have no tracking. I bet. They refuse refund and refuse to help us find our parcel. Steer clear!!!! Con artists who take your money then don't care what happens!!!!!!

Shocking service!!!!! Ordered nomination charms as a gift, all at the time were stated in stock. Later get email that there may be a delay with my order I then tried to contact Joshua James via contact page or by phone to cancel my order. There was no response. After trying for 2.5 weeks finally I get a response but no apology or any positive customer service or indeed any estimate of when I may actually get my order.

Had numerous items from this company but complained last year that charms were quicker when ordered directly from Italy. Just tried to log on to order for Christmas and find that my account no longer exists. Form your own conclusions. Cowboys.

Ordered 3 items on the 28th of october , received an email saying the items were out of stock after they had took the payment and told me 7-10 days till there back in stock , after 10 days I didn't receive an email to say my items had been dispatched so I emailed and was told they would be back in stock by the end of the week they wasn't , I emailed last week asking if they would be sent by the 1st as they were a gift I never received an email till today sayin I'd been refunded the money terrible service!

BE WARNED & AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM AND TOOK FOR EVER AFTER REPEATED EMAILS TO GET A SINGLE EMAIL BACK FROM THEM , THEN HAD TO EMAIL PHOTOS OF ITEM WHICH I GOT NO RESPONSE ABOUT -SURPRISE SURPRISE! THEY EXPECT YOU TO POST THINGS BACK -AFTER THEIR MISTAKE-AND THEN DON'T PAY FOR YOUR POSTAGE. NO RETURNS LABEL INCLUDED WITH PACKAGING ETC ETC ETC - RUBBISH SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

After reading reviews I got the same email, 7-10 days. I instantly cancelled it via pay pal and opened up a dispute . Got a reply within a few hours I got my refund.

Ordered on 30th October got an instant email to say 7/10 days delivery, this came and went. I then used their contact form for an update, 3 days later I got told they are awaiting stock from supplier. I then sent another e-mail another week later to ask for yet another update again a few days later i got told they are still awaiting stock from supplier. At this point now on 21st November i spent all day trying to contact them by telephone 15 times to be exact and not once did my phonemail get answered, I again used their contact form and asked for a full refund, this email seemed to get ignored and i got an email on Friday 25th November saying my order had been dispatched followed by another email saying that part of my order will be dispatched Monday 29th November. I did however receive my order today 30th november VIA royal mail and considering it was over £100 pounds worth it was just posted through my front door no signature required. Very dissapointed with this company and their lack of customer service I would NOT recommend to any one and would avoid this company at all cost hence the negative review.

if i couldve given no stars i wouldve, ordered and paid two weeks ago only to be told out of stock, , no one answers the telephone no one answers email, my next point of call is to get money back - wether that may happen is if pigs start to fly

Disgraceful company stay well away from this company. Ordered 2 charms which were showing in stock at time of ordering for next day delivery, received an email saying out of stock waiting for delivery, tried phoning these people to cancel the order they won't answer phone calls or emails. I am going to contact trading standards first thing Monday morning these people should not get away with doing this.

Worst customer service I have experienced. Ignore the phone and emails so I haven't received an order for almost a month. Doubt I will get it at all. Used to be a good company bit absolutely sh*t now. Avoid and pay a slight bit more extra at least with the piece of mind that you can deal with returns or refunds or missing orders (!!!) Easily.

I was give a voucher code instead of a refund for an item that didn't arrive - tried to use the voucher code and its not being accepted online... tried to call and no answer (all day, constantly calling) No answer to my emails and i currently have an item in my basket online waiting to be paid for (including the voucher code), by the time i get this sorted i have a feeling the item i would like to purchase will be sold out. Its not good enough - if you give out contact details then answer them!!!!!!!

Everything!!!! There is no customer services or aftercare. The company takes your money but doesn't refund. I ordered next day delivery and the items never arrived. Finally one month later the items arrived (luckily!!!). However trying to get a refund for the next day delivery.... No chance!!! Do not use this company- nightmare!!!!

Just to let everyone know and to make people aware I have found out this evening through companies house that this company went into administration in July 2016. This is totally disgusting as we the customers are obviously not aware as this company is still enabling ok woke to order. Imanyone who is owed a refund or is awaiting a dispute I would take this up instantly with your banks or seek legal advice.

I can only add to the complaints about Joshua James. I wish to confirm that there is no customer service - they do not answer the phone, they do not respond to emails. As others describe, this used to be a company that was fine to deal with when placing online orders, but not any more. Please beware. They are now very unprofessional. I will continue to deal with the relevant organisations to contribute to this company taking some responsibility.

Ordered nomination bracelet & charm in March, no problems. Ordered a gold coloured one recently & a charm & it arrived on time but opened the package to find they'd sent silver coloured one which is considerably cheaper though they took money for gold one. At 1st accepted human errir as the invoice states gold but for rhe past week i have tried everything to contact them calls, emails, Facebook but they continue to ignore.
