Did not answer emails or phone calls After3 weeks of no communication I contacted paypal They replied to paypal saying there was a delay of upto another week I waited 1r days and got back in touch asking to swap for items that were in stock After 6 weeks they cancelled my order The UK wide nomination charms offer has now finished, so can't buy anywhere else now either. Seriously I'd avoid this cowboy company. Shopped here for over 5 years and don't know what's happened to them Will never spend a Penybont with them again I suggest people of a similar issue contact nominiation directly like I have Hopefully if we complain in volume nomination will sort the problem out

Don't use! Scam company! No replies to emails. Taken money out of bank and then sent email saying failed payment.

Items ordered 23rd oct 16 - still not received !! Company not answering phone - I have raised a dispute with my credit card company as I have no faith that my order will arrive - some of items were for Xmas presents - do not buy from this company - I have had stuff from them before - but something seriously has gone wrong this time and I am very suspicious - they not answering the phone or replying to emails !!! will have to get replacement nomination charms elsewhere now and more expense as I will have to wait for my original money back from my credit card ! very disappointed - website still trading by the looks of it but DONT order anything ! you have been warned !!

The order I placed on the 22nd october eventually made it too me, 19th November, took almost a month but it's actually finally got here so thank you.

It seems I really should have read the reviews before placing my order on the 22nd october. Like many others I placed the order, selecting items that were in stock, paid with PayPal and got a message thanking me for my order and payment. I then received a message to say the items were not in stock but would be in 7-10 days. Emails are rarely answered, the phone is never answered. November 16th, after a number of emails, I got a message to say the items had been dispatched. On the 18th November, in a rare response to a message I sent, I received an apology for the delay of my order which should be with me now. Needless to say, it is not. I have not yet received a single item from my three item order. Plus, I have had the additional inconvenience of having to "panic purchase" another leaving gift for my former work colleague. I do sincerelyhope you read these reviews Joshua James.

Do not shop here , item ordered and as soon as payment was made I received an email to say items were out of stock ,waited two weeks then emailed and got no response then rang and got no answer, then after three weeks I rang and again no answer so emailed to have a message sent back saying payment had failed but this was untrue as I had paid via PayPal on 26 oct and this was first message I had received back from them today 18/11/16 and I have checked with PayPal and it had definately been paid, now got a dispute open to get my money back , ????

I placed an order in October and have e-mailed twice , but still have not received the items. payment has been taken and after reading other reviews I am taking the matter further. One very unhappy customer.

********************** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ******************** ordered,payed,email received stating the order was placed.................5 hours later another email stating no items in stock and they will contact me when back in stock........so i waited..........and waited.......and waited........nothing came. so i tried to call and sent emails, no answer on the phone and eventually i received an email saying that my payment failed......complete and utter bollocks and thank god i apyed via paypal who now are investigating them............this is a con plain and simple ......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

Like many others I had ordered some nomination charms and the free bracelet back in October. After taking payment out I received email saying items awaiting stock. And that was the last I heard. I have been trying to call and nothing. Sent a email couple of days ago and was quite harsh with it..got a email back saying items were not delivered as payment declined. Which was false as paypal and my bank confirmed it had been paid for. I had emailed back stating so and not heard a thing. Paypal are in the middle of getting me a refund. And said if this is the case with many people paypal will have to cut ties with the company. The most shocking service and customer service iv ever experienced

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE OR WEBSITE!!!! I am in the process as below with the complaints of reporting them to Trading standards, my bank. Its absolutely terrible to get in contact with this company they are not responding to any emails, answering the calls. I made an order back in October and the Items were in stock, they took the money out straight away, it was for a Personalized Nomination Leather Heart necklace with charms as my daughter is moving away and will not be here for Christmas so I thought this personalized gift would be a Perfect gift with meaning. I am so disappointed upset as I have not got any spare cash to buy her a another gift. The charms came but obviously I have nothing to attach them to. I have asked for a refund but nothing back. Very Saddened that I am unable to give my Daughter this Special Personalized gift to take with her.

So shocked after reading reviews have had numerous orders with no problem,my current order was placed a month ago keep getting fobbed off with new delivery dates I think may have to get in touch with my credit card company when the order was placed it was advertised as in stock

Just to update you all. I've reported to trading standards, in order to get them shut down they need to build a case so please all call trading standards. Those without items, threaten them with a bank dispute and the director mr bell. They shouldn't be allowed to trade. I have also reported them to nomination who will be taking this matter further as they have them listed as a genuine seller! They were not best pleased.

Do not buy from this website. Item showed to be in stock, they very quickly took my money but then proceeded to say it wasn't. I was left with no gift for a birthday. Awful customer service in the emails. Completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. Reluctant to take any responsibility for their terrible service.

I placed an order weeks ago spoke to someone who said they would chase it up heard nothing took my money but nothing received this company should not be allowed to trade as I see there are very bad reviews and people are not getting their items. I am reporting them to the trading standards and police for theft

Following my previous review the name of the director has now changed, to Shaun Peter Bell. This company used to be excellent, is the best way to report them via trading standards?

I placed an order with them for 4 items and these were meant to arrive next day delivery. The items were all showing as in stock on their website. I then received an email 2 days later (so after delivery) to tell me that they were not in stock. I managed to eventually speak to someone, by tracing the opticians next door to them and the lovely lady went in there and asked them to call me back! I then received 3 of the 4 items, the lady was lovely and very helpful at JJ, she assured me that I would get my items and that they just had a back log. I was concerned as I have used this company a lot of the last few years and never had a problem. Over a month later and I have still not received the final item, despite phoning them a number of times and sending lots of emails, I have been ignored...that is until I suggested that I might dispute the amount with my credit card. All of a sudden, I received a response saying that my order was cancelled and that they were issuing a refund and have processed the refund for less than half the value of the charm I ordered. I am absolutely fuming and will be taking this matter further, my credit card company are aware of the situation and I will also be reporting the company for failure to provide items that they have taken money for!!

Placed an order on 27/10/16 and although they have taken the payment I received a message to say that they were awaiting stock despite it still being shown on line as available. I have written twice and tired ringing ( permanently engaged) so finally told them I shall now be contacting police/trading standards and my credit card as this just shouldn't be happening. Has anyone else done this????
