I placed an order for 4 nomination charms on the 13/10/2016 all items showed as in stock on the website, a day later I received an email saying items would be in stock in 7-10 days, this was not a problem. After waiting 2 weeks for an email about delivery I decided to message them, I got no reply, I then messaged AGAIN 2 days later, I finally got a reply which said they would be getting another nomination delivery on 31/10/2016 and 7/11/2016 my order would be dispatched from there. I have now received an email advising they are changing the website and currently don't keep stock of nomination charms and my delivery could take up to six weeks!!!!! Had I know the customer service was so poor I would never have ordered again. This is the second time I've had delivery issues with Joshua James. If delivery times are going to be so long customer should be advised!!

Placed order 20.10.16, then received an email on 21.10.16 to say items out of stock and would receive within 7-10 days?? Still no sign of delivery, I have emailed and had no reply and they're telephone line is constantly engaged. Is this shop still open??? Makes you wonder??? Will not order from here again.

I returned the item to you back in the summer, and I am still awaiting my refund. Even though your staff confirm you have received my signed for item, no refund has been received. So far it has taken over 5 months, why am I funding your business? Maybe I should try the small claims court?

I ordered £112 worth of nomination charms on the 18/10/2016, money came out on 19/10/2016. Was then e-mailed to say out of stock and will Take 7-10 working days. Waited and still no order. Have now missed two birthdays which they were for. Have e-mailed four times and still no reply. Very disappointed!

AVOID This Company - I ordered the items on 23/10/16 as it didn't say anything wasn't in stock, I visited other websites they all informed me if something wasn't in stock so used this company as supposedly had stock. I received an e-mail on the 24/10/16 saying awaiting stock most items take 7-10 days, this was OK as they were a gift and would arrive in time, I still haven't received my item and the date of the celebration has passed. I sent an e-mail to them on the 4/11/16 and still haven't received a reply, I've sent another and still not had a reply, I am now going through Paypal. I've been waiting over 2 weeks and had no contact from them at all. Terrible service, Terrible customer service and a Terrible Company.

My daughter as ordered a nomination necklace the one with the cord when she ordered it on line it was in stock they took the £68 then told her it was out of stock we needed this for a present she has emailed but had no reply I have rang the number and she has to we both had no reponse very disgusted with the company so we are looking to take it further now so do not order from this company

I don't even want to give it a star. Dissatisfied is an understatement. This website should be shut down, instead Bell boy is lounging in his living room by the fire taking our money! No chance of a refund, he's probably already spent my £22 on a Chinese! One word for him W??

I placed my order around 10 th October , still not recieved it, the money left my bank on 13 th October , told out of stock, but are still selling them on their website, emailed , have had a response but that was 10 days ago still nothing , I would never use this company again , just emailed them again today . This is terrible customer service

Not received my order now waiting for a response which I doubt i will get ive contacted via email and nothing , avoid at all costs ! Luckily i used paypal . Absolutely disgusting something needs doing with this company

I ordered a nomination bracelet on 17th oct, had confirmation of my order for 24 hour delivery. 2 days later an email arrived to say it was out of stock. I have emailed to say I want a refund and that have breached the cpr's but no response. Emailed again, no response. I done some digging and here is the company info https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10131290/officers Darren is the CEO and his address is here in Yorkshire. He is also on fb on his own personal page just search Darren Bell Yorkshire and it comes up. I've written to his home address and I'm going to claim back through my bank.

Paid for item on line and despite a number of emails I have not received either the item purchased or the a response to my request for a refund. No emails or any other form of correspondence responded to; other than the automatic email response "that they will look into my request and get back to me as soon as possible".

Terrible service, after over two weeks of no item and no replies to emails or phone calls (phone just went dead, didn't even ring) I got PayPal involved and got my money back within two days!! Stay well clear from this firm! They were quick enough to take the money in the first place though!!

It's taken nearly 2 weeks for the nomination bracelet and charms to be delivered, It took 3 days for someone to answer the phone and they never reply to emails! When I eventually got through I was told one of the charms was out of stocks (they never contacted me to tell me this!) i had to pick another charm and it eventually arrived, however the bracelet hasn't been put together and the charms not added to the bracelet so I'm going to have to find a store to ask them to do it for me as it's extremely difficult without the tool, the gift box also has a flap missing so doesn't close and their is no ribbon or gift bag which you receive when buying from other suppliers. Not impressed!

Order dispatched 17th October, its now 25th still not recieved it, told to wait 14 days, it's obvious lost, terrible customer service. Very dissatisfied and all I can do now is wait! Phone lines are dead no email response.

In May, I ordered a troll safety chain by phone, using two £10 gift cards; the balance was paid by card. Despite numerous phone calls (helpful, but ultimately ineffective) and emails (all unanswered) and FB messages (mostly unanswered) and an excuse about moving premises, I still have not received it (it's October) yet the money has been taken. I have previously had excellent service, but am in despair about this. Do you think I should contact Trading Standards? I really cannot believe how many times this complaint has slipped through the net. You'd think they'd take care of their customers, wouldn't you?

Took three weeks and around 10 emails (because they do not reply for 48 hours or answer the telephone) to recieve my refund for a returned item. They eventually telephoned me for my bank details as they say they do not keep card details on file. it then took a further three days to go in after that. Would not recommend this business.
