Poor service, and slow delivery

I was sent what looked like second hand Nomination charms, which I purchased as Christmas presents. Out of the 6 charms I ordered 2 of them were dirty looking, scratched and tarnished. I tried contacting Joshua James on numerous occasions via telephone and email....to be left on hold for nearly 50 minutes which I hung up as I was sick of waiting. I left a coo of voicemails for them to return my call, they never did. This is not the first time I have been sent shoddy Nomination charms from this company. I thought the first time was z one off and gave them benefit of doubt. How wrong was I. I spent over £140 on charms. The least they could do is send out items that are not damaged. In other words items which are in perfect condition. I will never order from Joshua James again. I ended up having to get the items professionally cleaned and polished at extra cost as they were gifts...saying Joshua James has refused to return any of my calls or emails. I find their behaviour disgusting.

Ordered a charm on the 15th December as a xmas present and it never arrived, was told that they could not do anything until the product was missing for 14 days. Very disappointed with the service, won't be using the site again.

Products ordered and after 12 days still not received, told had to wait for 14 days before they will check - customer support not very helpful, definitely wouldn't recommend much better using Argento who look after their customers and the prices aren't much cheaper either - poor service and no concern about customer needs

I have only just received the item and when I went to open it it came in just a normal envolope not even bubble wrapped to protect it. Also the nomination charm came in a little bag not even got a box or anything with it. I am not happy as this is a Christmas present for my mum and I've got nothing to put it in and also how it arrived it could of easily got damaged so overall very poor won't be buying from here again.

I will be returning the product because unfortunately you sent me the wrong charm. I requested the George Cross (England flag) but was instead sent a Union Jack, the document though referencing it as the 'England flag'.

Very poor service, on 2 occasions I've ordered and both items have not arrived, it's disgusting that they tell you to wait 14 days after your delivery date to try and track your order! I wouldn't use this site !!!!!!!!!!

Order confirmed 9th October gift for my niece 30th today's date 22nd October still no item received apparently can't do anything for 15 working days, this doesn't help me at all . Very disappointing

Still haven't received the item that I ordered and was told when I phoned to find out where it was that I had to wait two weeks before they could look into it as they passed the blame onto Royal Mail. So when or if I ever get the item I ordered it will b too late as it was for a birthday that has been and gone now so I will then still have to return the item and begin the challenge of getting a full refund as I have no faith in this company

Ordered on the 8th and still waiting.....just keep getting fobbed off saying give it till X date!!! Not happy with service. I was quoted 1-2 days. This is a wedding gift for my wife to be and I doubt it will be here in time.

Sent numerous emails, still got nowhere. Requested 2 tools initially as spend over £60 and explained for 2 people but apparently you expect customers to go through the process twice, then the offer of a free bracelet came up the day I received the items, got told it was policy and I could return items, get a refund processed, reorder the exactly same items but on 2 orders, get 2 tools and my free bracelet. How ridiculous. No comman sense and no respect for your customers and terrible service by saying its policy. And asking the same question on three emails and only getting a answer on 4th attempt. Terrible. Wouldn't care but as a business you were going to cost yourself a more money and time. Trading standards have been informed, awful company which is shame!!!!!! Utterly let down!!!!!!

Was extremely disappointed in the service. Ordered 2 charms and they were both in a small plastic bag stapled to the invoice along with 2 pouches even though they state that the charms would be sent in official Pandora pacakaging (normally hinged box and bag). Would definitely avoid from buying from here again. Contacted customer support and they did absolutely nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Item didn't arrive on time, still hasn't arrived. Emailed customer services and was told to check at the post office but they couldn't do anything for 14 days, was meant to be a present

Hi, Unfortunately as this had been despatched and was with Royal Mail we had to follw their policy to allow 14 working days for any postal delays as items often turn up a few days later than expected. I have checked your order this has now been dealt with for you. Kind Regards

After been on the phone to them regarding my earlier order not turning up but my late one arrived I was very unhappy that she then said I have to wait till the 1st October to get a refund as this was a present I am unhappy about this and feel let down I will never use these again if you wanted my money that bad then you have it ....very very unhappy x
