Ordered on a Friday 11th was not delivered till following Tuesday 15th as order was over £100 should have been next day delivery as advertised on the website. Could not manage to answer the phone or reply to my email still awaiting my 'within 10 working hour, response Very disappointing customer service would not recommend to anyone .

Hi Steven, We are sorry to hear about the delay with your order I have checked and it appears that this was despatched on the 14th as your order was placed after our 3.30 cut off on the friday. Our next day service is a next working day service, we do offer a saturday delivery option.

Incorrect item sent. Had to send back at my own inconvenience and pay postage. Still not had it confirmed that return item been changed and correct item sent out.

Dear Kerri, We apologise for you receiving the incorrect item, this must of been a picking error. Once we process your return we will be happy to refund recorded postage for our error. We usually advise 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once your return if dealt with we will contact you.

Avoid this company ... I placed an order with them in August 23rd with 1-2 days delivery, I still have no received my items September 18th, company ignored my emails, messages and phone calls, when I used Facebook to ask for help they blocked me and when I used Twitter they blocked me. They have taken £57 and refused to refund me, give me the items and have blocked my phone calls, emails, Facebook and Twitter ... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Hi Joanne, I have checked your order it appears that this was despatched via royal mail on the 8th of September. As this appears to have been delayed or lost in the post we have to follow royal mails policy which is to allow 14 working days after despatch for any delays. If after this 14 working days you have still not received the order please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can not get hold of the company have been on hold for over 3 hours. They sent me the wrong items and my mother didn't get a birthday present sue to this and now I can get hold of them !

Order a week and a half ago and not turned up but have to wait 14 working days to do anything shocking service 2days hardly!!

Hi I have checked your order it appears this was despatched on the 4th September with royal mail. Unfortunately as this is with royal mail we have to follow their policy which is to allow 14 working days to allow for any postal delays. I have checked your order it appears this matter has now been dealt with, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered 2 items 19 days ago with 1-2 days delivery ... When we're not received emailed twice, both ignored! I wrote on their Facebook group in desperation and someone emailed me to say the items would be in stock that day and I would receive them by the my mother's 60th Birthday! Guess what no items! Again my emails were ignored until I write my issue in Facebook and then I get an email saying that items were sent on 8th (4 days later than I was told) and it could take up yo 14 days and that despite it saying 1-2 days, it wasn't really as they use Royal Mail for orders under £100 (mine was nearly £60). Staff were rude and unhelpful, I had asked to cancel my order or change my items days ago so I could get something in stock (despite the fact they didn't tell me it was out of stock when ordering) but they wouldn't allow me. So now my mums 60th has come and no presents, the company has refused to help, compensate or cancel my order. They she lied about dispatching, misled about delivery, been rude and unhelpful. I'm devastated as an only child not having a gift to give my mum today.

Hi Jo, Unfortunately the items you ordered were out of stock, upon arrival at our warehouse from the distributors your parcel was sent on Tuesday the 8th of September through Royal Mail. The Royal Mail service used specifies that delivery is normally around 1 - 2 Working Days however if the item does not arrive within this time we cannot make a claim to the Royal Mail until after 14 working days. I am really sorry that you feel let down by our services and hope that our private communications have resolved any questions you have. Should you fail to receive the parcel within the next 14 working days then please do not hesitate to contact our customers services team who will be more than happy to help.

Received a dull and damaged ring that looked like it had been used, returned and received a brand new ring. I was told I would receive a refund for cost of returning ring and I am still waiting for the refund!

Although l ordered on a thursday night and paid next day delivery it wasnt actually delivered until tuesday!....... having said that it was bank holiday BUT that was monday there was still friday and saturday to deliver!!........and they didnt and refused to refund postage! So be careful if youre ordering thursday for friday delivery especially if its for a present as mine was....it wont get there!!

Hi I have checked and it appears that your order was placed after our 3.30 cut off. Our next day orders get collected at 4, your order would of been despatched the following day which was the friday. Our next day service is working day delivery only, we do offer a guaranteed saturday delivery option. The website would of clearly stated that this would be despatched on the tuesday. Ordering extremely misleading (DPD next day delivery! - order on Thursday but could deliver until Tuesday. I paid additional for this but if I took the free delivery option I would have had it by the Saturday (which is what I wanted). Contacted Customer Sevices - rude and arrogant response, quite frankly THE WORST I had ever experienced. Email follow up with a 'manager' who advised that my refund had been issued - however the paid P&P was not reflected in the refund and had to ask for this refund. Conclusion - I will never use this company EVER again and asked for my details to be remover from their database (guess what - I'm still receiving their email promotions) - BEWARE FOLKS!

We did contact our courier to request the delivery to be upgraded but unfortuantely this could not be done. I ordered 3 Trollbeads beads which entitled me to a free bracelet & lock. I rang to ask when my order would be dispatched as I hadn't heard anything after a couple of days. I was told that the bracelets were out of stock & they would send the beads & the bracelet would follow. I was told that the locks were also out of stock. I received my beads & a lock under separate cover but no bracelet. I had to chase the bracelet up by sending 2 (unanswered emails) & phoning twice. I eventually received a call saying they would send the bracelet out, no apology though. The customer service I received was dreadful, lack of communication & they've still not replied to my emails. I won't be ordering from them again!

Please contact me on 07747760217 the charms I purchased after days of my wife wearing them have become defective I.e. The wife heart charm was faulty from day 1 and kept on opening up and has now come apart along with a diamond on each of the letters having come off? Regards Mr Jackson

Didn't recieve purchase, and after several communications by email and phone, no further ahead, even though the money has been taken out of my bank account. Apparently , nothing can be done before fourteen working days, wich would make almost three weeks, not happy, and would not use Joshua James again.

Such a shame as have used Joshua James on several occasions and has always been good. Not this time, cannot fulfull the order, kept fobbing me off. Alternative they offered expected me to pay more for even though not my fault but due to using a previous discount code they sent me. For the sake of £6 the wouldn't upgrade my order. I insisted that my money be returned that day (enough is enough). They put the phone down on me. i will be sharing this experience with friends and relatives...........................bye bye Joshua James...such a shame.

I ordered a charm for a friend's birthday a week in advance. Order went through and money taken from my account. It was only when checking with my friend that I realised it hadn't arrived. I rang Joshua James to see what had happened only to be told it was out of stock! Nobody had thought to inform me so I had no chance to order elsewhere. On top of that they had no record of my friend's address for delivery even though it was clearly stated as the delivery address. The customer service manager really couldn't have been less interested. I'm puzzled by all these glowing reviews but perhaps I've just been unlucky. If you want a gift to arrive for a special occasion though I really would think twice before using this company.

I bought a wedding ring which was supposed to be plataniumwedding after silver started to wear off I took it to a jewellers to be told it is actually white gold I have e mailed jj with no response and sent them a recorded del letter with evidence of invoice and jewellers letter still with no response ,I am disgusted by their behaviour I will now be pursuing through small claims court
