Ordered a silver charm order delivered a few days later the charm found to be the completely wrong one contacted the seller by phone and asked to send me the item I had ordered and prepaid envelope to return incorrect item but I was told that I had to return the item before they would then send the correct item even though it was their mistake. I then had to make a special journey into town to post the item back the correct item was delivered to me three days later I am also out of pocket by three phone calls to the seller Very unlikly to order from them again

Ordered a ring with next day delivery 10 days later still waiting call the number on the web site was told give it 18 days and call back I asked about next day delivery like it said and the woman hung up on me called back ask to talk to a manager 4 days later still waiting.... Avoid at all cost!!!!

I waited over 4 weeks for an order that stated it would be 5 days , when I contacted your customer service team they were very unhelpful and continued to give me incorrect information . This is the second very similer experience I have had with you and will most likely not order from you again . I was never even offered an apology .

I was not happy at all with the service from Joshus James jewellery , sent wrong item and not all packaging . the same has happened before but thought i would give them an other chance.

Never received my item, tried to blame the royal mail but in my experience an item advertised as next day delivery doesn't take more than 2 weeks, oh and I still Don't have the item. My advice is stay away!

Have used you for years last few months customer service and delivery (when received) extremely poor! One order never arrived - waited 3 weeks before replacement sent Another order ordered 8am for next day delivery - didnt arrive for 3 days. Third order £130 sent via dpd was delivered to wrong house, eventually got a second order out to me which was incomplete !

Order 2 items it said 48hrs delivery but 2 weeks later still not got them. and got a snotty person on he phone who talked to me like she stood in me on the floor.

I ordered a Thomas Sabo bracelet online, the package arrived but all it contained was an order form and an empty thomas sabo pouch. After attempting to contact Joshua James by phone I gave up; the phone was left ringing out and I was diverted back to the main menu 5 times after trying different options. An email was sent to which my complaint and the content was completely ignored; I received an email regarding customers who had not received their package in the post at all and to wait a few more days. I had to go to a local retailer to purhcase another bracelet in time for my partners birthday. Today, 2 weeks later after emails back and fourth they have offered to send another bracelet to me despite me advising a full refund was requested as a bracelet was purchased elsewhere due to the non-receipt of the item. Extremely unhappy that points in my emails were ignored, the customer care seems very care free. Certainly will not be recommending Joshua James.

Ordered a thomas sabo bracelet 5th October, website advertised delivery 4-6 days, 4 weeks later still no bracelet. Emailed 3 times and each time was told they were expecting a delivery that week. Cancelled my order as it was for a present in November, disgusted as they were still advertising on website del 4-6 days. Will not use again.

Whilst this order came within 4 days I am still waiting for my next order which I have been waiting 11 days for so far and NO reply to my email sent 4 days ago This is not the service I expect as I ordered the goods for a birthday present and that day is almost here and NO order!!!!

I ordered 4 nomination charms and it said 4-6 days for delivery leaving me plenty of time to receive them before my Mums birthday. However I rang two days before her birthday - 7 working days after ordering - and was told two weren't in stock. I asked the lady which ones. I asked if she could please send the two that were in stock so my Mum would have something to open on the day and queried why did the website say 4-6 days - I was told abruptly that it meant 4-6 working days. To which I replied that I knew that and had left plenty of time. She apologised. However it was a different charm that arrived from what she said it would be. Very disappointing - still waiting on the two charms 10 working days later. Will never order from this website again.

I recently brought a pair of earrings of you and when I received them they were both really scratched, I did get a refund hopefully but I don't find it good customer service having to pay £7. For postage when they got sent to me this way

Absolutely terrible! Never order from them ever! I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and spent a lot of money, I paid for next day delivery and I am still waiting for it. I am getting no help as to where my order could be, never dealt with such a useless and unreliable company.
