When I first placed the order for some itens it was easy but I should of received a email telling me my order as been dispatched and on its way but I didnt. I had to ring and find out where it was and what happened to it as it was a birthday present. The lady who I spoke with was very helpful and I had to reorder but send it to another address as I was away from original place of postage but when courier texted to say parcel is on its way it was going to old original address so had to make plans for someone to sign for it. I was not very happy and will avoid placing a order again. Poor

Ordered charm 5th august! still not received rang twice to chase order and was told had to wait 14 days. I have ordered many goods and never had to chase order. The money has been taken out of my account. Not happy as this is a birthday present.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from you. When I placed the order it was indicated that the item would be delivered with standard delivery by the wed. As I needed the item for Tue I paid for next day delivery. The item did not arrive until Wed and I paid for nothing. I sent an e-mail explaining but received no reply. I will not be using your company again.

Item stated 1-2 days delivery and still waiting 11 days later. Emailed customer services 4 times to ask where the item was and didn't get a response for a week. Very poor service!

Still not recieved my items! I'm £30 down and apparently can't do anything until it's been 14 working days!! Won't order again! Very disappointed!

The company sent out the wrong item and then refused to issue the correct item until the old one was returned. Small value item and I was a returning customer so would have liked some flexibility instead of lack of trust....item was required for nieces birthday so could wait for return and re-dispatch so cancelled order. Previous orders fine when they get it right. Service rubbish when they don't.

Have not yet received my order now 10 days late !!! Contacted delivery service and Joshua James it appears my parcel cannot be found have phoned Joshua James twice first time full of apologies second time didn't seemed very bothered said they would call me back still waiting or suggested l call again Monday which l shall do to ask for my money back and the next time l want Pandora bead or beads l will buy it elsewhere fell gutted for my sister who highly recommended Joshua James

I was sent the completely wrong item which resulted in great inconvenience of having to contact them, and then re-contact them four days later having received no response to my original message. I then had to go out of my way to re package the item and send it back to them via recorded delivery. I am yet to receive the correct item and it’s been 9 days since my original order. This is not good as the item was intended as a birthday gift for someone, however the birthday has now passed and I looked terrible without a gift to give on the special day!!

I was very unsatisfied with the service I was given. I was sent my charm with no bracelet. When tried to ring no one answered. When I emailed I got a quick reply but the situation was not rectified straight away. I was sent 2 empty envelopes. This was for a occasion for my daughter and was late for it, due to incompetence on your part. I was referred to yourselves by a relative who had good dealing with yourself. I on the other hand have not and am left considering if I am to give your company another chance.

I still haven't received my parcel and it was allegedly dispatched on the 12th May this was a present for my partners birthday which she obviously hasn't received very did appointed with the service

Couldn't find the charm I wanted so I emailed Sam Liversedge ,the following morning when I went to work Sam had found the charm I was looking for, even sent a photo of if to make sure that it was the correct one . GGGreat service. I love my nomination Bracelet the Charms make it are so personal. Kindest Regards Tina Johnson

Very poor customer service. Not too keen on keeping repeat business. Bought Thomas Sabo charm. Better going direct to Thomas Sabo shop. No frills with this company!
