I ordered a product on 15th December, it stated delivery would be a few working days. I have still not recieved this product and its the 26th December. I have emailed them but have no reply as yet. So I can only give this a 1 star, which may be updated depending on what happens.

I can't say much as still waiting for order which should have been rapped and givern as an Xmas preasant. Not very happy.

Very disappointed and wouldn't give them any stars if I had the choice. Ordered a Christmas present on the 3rd December thinking that I had plenty of time to get it delivered and on the 11th December I wrote expressing my concerns. Had a reply saying that I had to wait 14 days before they would do anything. As we were receiving mail regularly and I had checked with the sorting office and our postman. There were no delays. On the 17th Dec I was told I would have to wait until the end of the week before I could do anything. After having to buy another present (not the one she had set her heart on!) so that I didn't disappoint her. On the 23rd I wrote asking for a refund this was done with no explanation. I honestly do not think that this was dispatched! It's now the day after Christmas and I'm trying to find the same ring on other websites only to discover that the size I want is sold out!!!! Thank for Joshua James for an absolutely appalling service. Would never recommend them to anyone!! Disappointment all round!!

Very disappointed as order still not received and it was a birthday gift Also can not believe you don't post orders you can track and I have to wait over 2 weeks before I can have a refund Will not use joshua James again

I have still not received it. Had to buy another Christmas gift. PayPal sent an e mail with a receipt. I emailed you but have still heard nothing back!

This is the second time I have shopped with Joshua James and their service is high class. Extremely quick delivery and extremely helpful when I have contacted them. Highly recommended

Unfortunately I expected more as I used Joshua James last year but this year they were not as good. Web site stock had inaccurate stock information £10 gift card unique reference number would not work Presentation was poor... all other sites send Pandora and links of London beads in their presentation boxes, Joshua James is a 'do-it-yourself'. Expensive beads sent stapled to the invoice in plastic bags and gift boxes sent separately. All together a very disappointing service.

My order that was supposedly dispatched 10 days ago still hasn't arrived. I have been told that they won't be classed as missing for 14 days by which time it will be too late for Christmas. I will now have to join the masses at the shops to buy them & may not get the ones I want. Very disappointed. May not order on line again.

Ordered a present through them was told delivery would be 1-2 working days. 8 working days after I received an email saying it was dispatched I still haven't received the item

Ordered this item on the 10th of December for my wifes Christmas. On the my account page it says current status: order completed 11th December. I have emailed yourselves several times about this and was told I would have to wait 14 days. Thats great thanks very much!! It is now the 21st and still not arrived, 14 days takes me to christmas day. I will message you then and tell you my carefully selected gift which was ordered in plenty of time is ruined thank you very much joshua james. Your service is VERY POOR and does not even compare to any of your rivals.

Purchased goods for a Christmas present on the 9th December, good still not received, not much sympathy from supplier, ..... sorry 14 day policy before we consider good lost. £50 spent and goods not sent recorded delivery or even via a courier! ... no tracking details, disappointed!! .... company just used Royal Mail normal delivery Company advised order another via our website .... communication was good to be fair but approach to problem poor

I AM NOT HAPPY . THIS WAS ORDERED AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. IT WAS DISPATCHED ON THE 9TH BUT i HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ITEM. ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER SERVICES I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 23RD DEC. BEFORE ANYTHING CAN BE DONE, WHICH MEANS NO PRESENT FOR MY SISTER.

Bought a Links of London bracelet. Item arrived in badly damaged packaging and without the usual frills and ribbons you would expect. More time is taken wrapping my Chippy tea! I then had to return it and had to pay £7 special delivery charge. Do yourself a favour, go to a more reputable outlet.

This order got dispatched on the 6th dec and a still dont have it, i sent a email and was told to wait 14 days before a could query this i replyed back and was ignored, clearly if they havent been delivered now they are lost and these were for xmas pressies, very disapointed in the service.
