Didnt process order as promised and therfore missed promised delivery date. Didnt adjust watch links as requested. Overall service was poor.

Your packaging for posting is a disgrace. A box fllattened and stuffed in an envalope, what an appalling presentation for a Christmas present. I am embarassed to give it. It looks like I have bought some cheap crap from a backstreet market for a fiver, not spent £32. Just, a real let down.

I ordered my charm on the 13th of november for my nanas birthday on the 30th November. It stated 2 days delivery 2 weeks later this still hadn't arrived I then emailed them and they said they had sent another out my recorded delivery and again this was never received. I then didnt have this for my nanas birthday and am getting no replies to my emails to get a refund. Very poor service and will definitely never use again.

This parcel has not arrived, i have been informed that nothing will be done until 14 days after dispatch. This is not good customer service as the items have been paid for and delivery is promised in 3-5 working days. I have never had such a problem; but i'm unsure if i would be confident in ordering from j.j again, nor would i recommend anymore on this basis. Very dissatisfied.

I was appalled by the service after placing an order of £275 and they refused to give me the next free jewellery box supplied from Pandora because I placed my order the day before, yet the order was sent on the day this offer came out! Because they never agreed to send me the better box, I said I would return the order and I would go to my local pandora in Aylesbury. They never even tried to help or show some initiative so I returned the whole order and they have lost a returning order client where I will give that business to the Pandora store in Aylesbury. I spoke to the Manager, Paul at Aylesbury Pandora, who was very helpful and he agreed to give me two boxes if I placed the order with them as he could not believe the service I got. I will be avoiding Joshua's jewellery on all accounts and lost a client for life!!

I placed my order on the 6th of November and today is the 15th and I still have not received my item even though it was dispatched the same day using royal mail 1-2 day delivery sevice.. I've been told to wait 15 days which is far too long...ive paid and im very angry as this was a present for someone. .. I hope this gets sorted ASAP
