IF i had received my order (which was ordered on the 3rd March) then i could have given you good feedback -BUT I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered what I thought and what Joshua James said was a Pandora charm on there website I ordered it for my fiance for valentines not knowing much about Pandora charms I thought it very small but when I gave it too my fiancee she said it was a spacer not a charm I was very disappointed as I had email confirmation saying it was a charm very poor website

still havent received item 11 days after ordering 9 days after dispatch so had to leave bad feedback because i cant describe item

Still not received item ordered. I rang last Tuesday as it had been despatched the previous Tuesday, but a recorded message advised that I needed to allow 14 days before contacting you.

I received an e-mail saying my goods had been despatched - even quoting a DPD reference. After 3 days (delivery promised as next day) I phoned and was told that the item I had ordered was infact, out of stock and would not be available for (at least) another fortnight. As this was a birthday present i had no alternative but to cancel the order. What a shabby system you operate! How on earth can this happen - no wonder I had no luck trying to track the package (ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS!) at DPD You will no doubt be pleased to know I obtained the item cheaper and with quicker service from Amazon. I shall never again use Joshua James!!!!!!!!!

Wrong product sent various emails and telephone calls made to the company but no replies ever received, we asked for the postage back as they sent the wrong stuff guess what we just got ignored, will never deal with them again.

Unhappy with service received. Then received an email asking me to give my view on here or reply to it if I was unhappy. Duly replied to the email and explained why I was unhappy with the service. Still no reply about 2 weeks later. Then get a marketing email to spend more money with them. LOL!!

I ordered 3 charms (as christmas presents for my daughters) on 17th of December for two day delivery, it is now the 8th of January and i am still waiting. I rang the phone number where i was informed that you could not do anything until the 10th of January when i can ring back. Really not happy at this moment in time!

I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the service on this order. I placed my order on Saturday 21st December chosing next working day delivery before 9am to ensure that it did not affect my work - it did not arrive on Monday 23rd. I rang all numbers on your website, tried many options on the telephone menu and used the website contact form but in the end I had to complain via facebook to get an answer via email at approximately 11.10 explaining that the order was not due till tuesday - this is not clear enough on your website. So, I then waited on Tuesday 24th dec morning and surprisingly it still did not arrive before 9am. I used the website contact form and emailed someone called sam a number of times, tried to call a number of times at one point letting the phone ring for twenty minutes with no answer. It then arrived at approximately 1300 via royalmail with before 9am written on the parcel and he did not have an answer for why this was the case. I lost 7 hours through work due to this. I completely understand that with the weather and it being christmas eve that my order would probably have been delayed however if the contact and customer service would have been to even a satisfactory level letting me know there would be problems I would have found this more acceptable. I never received any responses to the emails other than a standard return of the £10.95 that I paid for prompt delivery, after I emailed requesting this. As a big company and one I have admittedly used before with no problems, I would expect you to be able to follow through on delivery promises or at the very least have basic levels of communication to explain to customers what is happening to their orders - by the looks of your review page and facebook page I am not the only one this has happened to. I have received no apology, no reason why this has occurred and I don't imagine you're going to pay me back the 7 hours I lost through work.

I would personally never buy from this company again. I ordered some tresor Paris pearl earrings and they were sent in the post in a Jiffy bag which obviously could not protect the items well. The earrings were damaged when I received them so I rang and asked for a refund, they were more than happy to refund the item but didn't refund my postage charges, I paid £7 to send them back and the rude staff told me they would not refund the full Amount only £2 standard delivery which I never received. Totally unprofessional and do not care about their customers!!!!!

I cannot fault the jewelry and service from JJ. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about DPD their service or lack of is awful.

I ordered a ring for my wife which was a Christmas present to date the ring has not turned up, this was very embarrassing not being able to give my wife her present on Christmas Day.

Do not order from this website, I ordered two thomas sabo jewellery boxes at a price of £15.00 each and they only sent one, they charged me for both I'm appalled at this service as these gifts were for family members, I sent Joshua James an email- no reply, I've phoned the online number whic gives you give options guess what nothing no answer then I phoned the two stores no reply, I do this it's a con and their a dodgy website like I said people don't order I wouldn't like anybody else to get ripped off.
