Appalling that after returning an item, over a week has passed by and still no credit into my bank account. Surly attitude by customer services staff. Not impressed and will not order from them again

Very poor customer service when things go wrong. They sent the wrong item, I returned it at my own cost, and even though it was their mistake, they only refunded me part of the postage. Some time later, they asked for a good review if things went well, and a reply to their email if they didn't. I replied and addressed it to the director, and they didn't even bother to respond. Having looked at other one star reviews, it appears that if they get things wrong, the customer service back up is awful. With an online retailer, you need to be able to trust that they care about good and fair customer service and not just making money.

Website advises next day delivery for goods. Ordered on a Monday (am) and did not receive delivery until Saturday.

I ordered a couple of charms from joshua james as a birthday present a week before they were needed. the order stated next day delivery but i never recieved them with in the week. i phoned up to question where my order was to be greeted by a snotty woman who seemed like she never had a clue what she was talking about, and was more concerned with blaming the royal mail. her resonse seemed very scripted. i was the told i had to wait two weeks before any thing could be done. i asked to speak to a manager but was denied. i gave it another week, still nothing. i then recieved an email asking if everything was ok to which i replied but never got anything back in return. an email from the director apparently. i phoned and spoke to another lady who was helpful enough but denied me access to the manager or anyone else in a position of power i could escilate thing to. she issued a refund quite swiftly (which makes me think they know of something i dont and would rather keep me in the dark about it than own up to a mistake on their part) but provided me with no answers whatsoever. so, after a few phone calls, two emails i still have no solutions offered or have managed to speak to any one who seems to have any pull within the company. i personally feel completely let down by this comapany and dont believe they understand how to deal with customer queries and its as if the manager couldnt care less and would rather not get involved. if i could choose worse than very poor i would do.

Very disappointed with my birthday present. Was told I would recieve a free heart bead with the purchase of a Thomas sabo bracelet and never recieved it!! Shocking and disgusting customer service. Very disappointing, have ordered from you before and have never been left as disappointed as this.

Ordered 2 charms, both stating in stock and available for free next day delivery. Only received one, the other they were now awaiting stock. Tried to contact them many times and could not get hold of them, sent off 2-3 emails with no response. Finally got hold of them today on the 06/01/2014 to be told " I was wrong and that it would have displayed on the site at the time that it was out of stock ". I can assure you this is utter rubbish as I would not have ordered it as the charm was a xmas present. Now it states on the site it is out of stock. Overall the customer service received was a joke and I will never order from these people again and I will make sure I can pass on the word at every available time.

Ordered charm, received email to say shipped on 16th December 2014 ....still waiting for charm .. E-mailed twice no response t all? Still trying to make contact!

Wrong item sent and I had to return it. Was told correct item would arrive in 2 days and when it had not arrived after a week I emailed and was told it had not been sent, it was being ordered in. 3 weeks later it still had not arrived and I eventually emailed and asked for a refund. Poor communication and customer service. Will not use again or recommend.

My order was an item missing and also another of the items was not the one I ordered! When I raised the issue it had to be investigated!? So my Christmas present was a bit if a disaster, still waiting to hear back about my missing item........

Ordered several items from these guys last week on next day delivery for my wife's Christmas present. 2 items showed up 3 days later with the 3rd saying to follow, despite being in stock according to the order. I've now been calling to enquire about the 3rd item for about 50 times since Friday with an engaged tone every time. Also tried emailing with no reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I will not be ordering from you again. I have spent several hundreds of pounds with you over the past few years, but no more. I have not received an item that I ordered for my daughter's Christmas present. Your responses to my my emails have been extremely slow and not very helpful. I have now tried to call for several hours and your 'phone number is always engaged. I will be taking this matter further, Very disappointed and annoyed.

Unfortunately my experience with www.joshuajamesjewellery.co.uk is dreadful and I would not recommend them. Their pricing is the same as any of the other web retailers.... john greed and links of London. They are: Inefficient Poor and slow communication Unhelpful Unfriendly

My order was dispached without a name on the parcel and hence did not arrive in time for my wife's birthday. As the order was made in December I now need to wait one month (14 working days) for the issue to begin to be resolved. Communications have been poor at best.

I have not received my item, which I order on 4th December I have been told I have to wait 14 days before a replacement is sent out. Not happy with the service and will not be using this company again. I am not £25.00 out of pocket as I have note received my item.
