Ordered three charms, was assured of delivery well in time for Xmas, still awaiting delivery, company not replying to emails and not even answering the phone, three christmas presents down now, awful service do not use!

Order was taken on the 12th December and then the following day I received an email to say no stock and it will be delivered before Xmas. Still no update and communication has been non existing and now I don't have a Christmas present for my girlfriend. I won't be using these again

No one answers phone. Item not received ordered over a week ago! Wish I had looked at reviews before. Can see they went bust in the summer.

DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Not arrived, rang all numbers found on internet and no answer. Contacted shop next door who said signs had been removed from shop front.

Have placed an order, they have taken my money via paypal and now they do not answer emails, the phone rings out, this looks dodgy to me. If I have to visit their store I will charge for my time and milage. Do not buy off line.

I placed an order on December 3rd and all items I had ordered showed as in stock. I then received an email to say they were out of stock but would be here before xmas. After another week I emailed them and received a response stating they would be in stock today however they were still showing as out of stock so after trying to get through to them they eventually answered and they stated they wouldn't be in stock and have now refunded. What worries me is that they would not have contacted me to say they wouldn't have them. Definitely avoid this business. It's companies like this that puts people off buying from independent businesses.

Ordered for xmas present. On 11th dec. Got e mail to say it had been despatched. 12th dec. Got email to write a review on 20th dec about my experience with company. Thats a laugh as I Still havent received item I ordered , its now 20th december. Would think twice about shopping with them again !!!!!!

This company need investigating! Take orders for stock they don't have and never send the items. The worst shopping experience I have ever had

Ordered a charm online 9 days ago, item was in stock, then received an email 2 days after saying out of stock but will arrive by Christmas but still no despatch email.. Iv emailed 3 times and been ignored also called but always engaged, it asked for a refund but whether they even check my email, I doubt they will reply, don't use Joshua james

I made my first order with this company several days ago. The items in which i ordered were showing as in stock, and should have been with me within a couple of days. Instead of a dispatch email, i received a message informing me that my items were out of stock, and wouldnt be with me for several days. As my items were christmas gifts this would mean that they wouldn't be here in time. My emails were ignored, the phone line was constantly engaged, and in the end i opened a case with paypal to get a refund. I would not recommend this company!!

Items showed as in stock .yet they email to say not in stock. After theyve taken payment. Phoned to query and it just rings out. Be very wary .poor service to say the least

Ordered a gift for xmas, hasn't been delivered can't sort it out until 14 days after purchase so now I don't have a gift for someone. Customer service replied once but have yet to respond to a second email.

although the said 3-5 days ordered over 2 weeks ago,when i rang them said they were waiting for order to come in missed my daughters birthday so cancelled today!!! very bad service

Still waiting for goods to arrive so can't really review. I've rang and been told to wait a few more days it's nearly 2 wks now since I ordered. Just an update still no goods now 2 wks later since supposed dispatch and now they not answering their phone either!!! I'd like a refund now!! Not gud at all. Very poor service. Stay away!!!!!!

AVOID! Their web site says stuff is in stock when it isn't. Good luck trying to cancel your "out of stock" order so you can buy elsewhere before Christmas. They NEVER answer the phone. I tried ringing multiple times and the phone just rings & rings & rings. They also don't respond if you contact them via their web form. Utterly useless.

I ordered a gold bracelet along with several charms, only to receive a silver bracelet in return. I eventually got speaking to someone yesterday morning and they advised me that they would send me the gold bracelet when they received their silver one back. I then had to pay £7.00 postage to ensure the incorrect package was returned, so that I could receive the correct order. None of which was my fault... I think the level of customer service I received or lack of, was terrible. I am not of the opinion that the customer is always right, but I did not make the error and feel I am currently out of pocket to attempt to rectify their mistake. I have tried speaking to someone from 9am today without any luck. I am currently not a very happy customer.

Ordered a braclet and charms all in stock when a paid later got an email saying awaiting stock so i asked for a refund as this was a present....no response i then contacted my bank & 2 days later got email saying order dispatched still havent recived good...avoid!!!!!!

Only scored a 1 because there was no 0, shocking company avoid avoid avoid!!! ordered product beginning of November stated it was in stock 2 weeks later nothing no update tried calling about 20 times at various times of the day emailed as well finally got a reply but no sign of good customer service order finally turned up today. Word of advise avoid this company!!!!!
