No response to emails requesting an exchange and no response on a refund and never an answer on phone. Luckily, my local Thomas Sabo branch in Southampton were able to exchange the bracelet I ordered for the right size and also engraved it for free! Would not recommend buying from Joshua James unless you know what you're getting specifically and that you know that you won't need to communicate with them after sale.

Your system would not recognise me by e-mail address or Password , despite sending me monthly e-mails and offers. How am I supposed to purchase anything if your system does not recognise a former good customer ?

ordered an item on 31/01/17 - took my money but did not inform me until the next day that the item was not in stock - on 10/02/17 i am still waiting for the item - contacted through website/email/phone to no avail - phone contact has been every single day numerous times a day an it never gets answered - the single worst customer service i have ever recieved in my life - so much so i am going through my bank to claim the money for the item back as they have not fulfilled my request absolutely disgusting

I never ordered Swiss flag charm or troll beads so why do you want a review on it. Ann Powell. I put poor because this stuff has nothing to do with me

Wouldn't even give this company one star. Shocking customer service when and if you can finally get in contact with them. I returned a faulty product which they claim has not been received (yes my fault in the Xmas rush to not send it back recorded delivery!) But the product shouldn't have been faulty in the first place and I was panicking I wouldn't get it back in time for Xmas as I had already waited over its given delivery date! No one ever answers the phone and you are lucky to get an email responded to in less than 5 days. I ended up buying another charm and am still £20 down due to a dud product! Think carefully before buying from this site!!

Order place on 28/12/16. Despite numerous emails, order has still not arrived or is even in store yet-today is the 26/01/17. The emails I received from Joshua James were vague, had no delivery date or expectation of delivery despite the website showing 5 of the item I ordered in stock at the time of order. I rang them today to find out where my order was and was told they had no date yet for it returning into stock. Incidentally, I rang on a previous date and there was no answer or even an answer machine to pick up my call. I would advise anyone reading these reviews to regard the poor reviews given as true reflections of this company's service and to disregard the positive as untrue. I have cancelled my order and I am now awaiting confirmation of this and of my refund. One of the worst companies I have ever ordered from online and I am a regular online shopper.

I bought a watch for my wife's birthday only to find on opening to does not work. If this is is fixed quickly I would rate your store 5 star because everything else went smooth and quick.

Bought a gift for my mother for her birthday. while it clearly said item was in stock, it's been 11days totally ruined it for me. Still have not heard back from Joshua James

Never again will I be ordering from this company! Customer service is disgraceful, I've sent an email everyday for the past month and they can't even be bothered to reply. When we ring the company they hang up mid conversation. Still waiting for my order after a month!!!!

This site shows that jewellery is in stock, when clearly items are not. Ordered jewellery for a Christmas present and was assured that I would receive it before but regretfully I was let down. Poor service!

Having recently ordered a bracelet to be sent International Delivery and that the item could be tracked I have since found that this is not the case. I have phoned customer services many many times today and the phone has just rung out, emailed the company without any response, my advice is to avoid this company due to previous reviews. I will be surprised if my daughter ever receives her birthday gift.Buyers BEWARE

I ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock, three months and many emails later, still no item. Each time I spoke to someone they explained they were still waiting for stock. I told them that it was still showing as in stock each time I spoke to them. They said this was due to website updates. It's still saying in stock now. Not sure if it is actually in stock though. I never really got a proper apology and in the end after asking them over and over if they could at least give me a rough idea of when it would be in stock and each time theym answering with basically the response of no idea. I asked for a refund which I had to wait a week to be processed. A week ago Ives sent several emails regarding a ring i am interested in. No response though. Will not be using them again. Awful customer service.

sorry but my experience was not so good was not told until after order placed that an item was out of stock and delay in shipping dpd delivery waiting in for 2 days for delivery tracking telling me out for delivery no delivery made numerous phone calls made to get things sorted

I have had the same problem as lots of you. I ordered 2 charms they didn't arrive for Christmas so I returned them separately as they arrived separately. I know they have received one package and the other is waiting in the post office to be collected. Has anyone received a refund?

Looks like I'm not the only one having trouble! I too ordered a week ago and expected next day delivery. All items were in stock (and are still in stock on website) at the time but now it says awaiting stock! I have phoned on many occasions but the phone just keeps ringing!!!! I have now sent email but reading other reviews I'm not holding out much hope.

i orderd a necklace for my wife on the 22nd of december, stated in stock online when added to my basket. also a clock stated i had 3hrs left for garenteed xmas delivery! iv had no email no reply item is now out of stock and i havent even had an estimate delivery or a sorry! my wife woke up with no gift! poor poor place to shop. phones constantly emgaged

Customer service was very bad. Never answer the phone and emails aren't answered until about a week later. I ordered a nomination charm for my friend's birthday (3rd Jan) on the 9th Dec. and it never arrived. I asked them for it to be resent and never got a reply.
