I placed an order for mothers day, I have waited 8 days for my item to be delivered (apparently by 1st class post) I am yet to receive the item. As this was a mothers day gift I have had to go out and purchase another item. Customer service told me that the item was dispatched via email. Every time I ring the company there is no answer - what ever time I ring there is no answer. I have found it very unprofessional and very disappointing. I will not use this company again - I have found it unreliable - still awaiting an answer on a refund also!

Really disappointed ordered on sunday advised it was dispatched on tuesday by 1st class post. Just received todays post (sat) and still hasnt been delivered..... so annoyed as mothers day gift.

Apparently my order was despatched on 27th February. Now 9th March and still no sign. Been told to wait 14 days before it can be chased up with Royal Mail. Happy Mothers Day Mum! Poor service and communication and will not be using this company again.

Sending it back as o received the bracelet and there are scratches all over it. Not acceptable. And packaging is not very professional.

Item not turned up after 7 days, customer services say have to wait 14 working days before anything can be sorted, meaning the present that is already late for my mum will be about a month late when I finally receive another one!! Nice one! Thanks for ruining my mum's birthday and making me look bad! AVOID

Ive been trying too contact someone all day today sent emails and rang customer services every 10 minures no reply on emails no contact on phone nunbers applaying customer services

I have ordered twice from the website, both times the items are out of stock and both were for presents. Also, when I placed the order it said they were in stock. It wasn't until 2 days after I had placed the order that I received an email stating awaiting stock. This is not very good customer service at all. If it said at the time I would've looked at something else, making sure it would arrive in time for birthday.

Disgusting ! They never sent my charms only the bracelet! They have conned me out of £33 ! Luckily I paid through PayPal an getting my money back the dirty scamming tramps

My order was supposedly dispatched on 5th feb, it’s now the 20th and I’m still yet to receive the item. The item was a present for my friends birthday on the 13th so iv now had to purchase another charm from else where! So disappointed and have been told I have to wait a further week before I can open a dispute for a missing item

Several bad experiences. You never ever have items in stock even though your website state in stock at time of placing the order.

In formed item in stock with garenteed delivery by next day (Valentines day) ordered. Then received generic do not reply e-mail informing me item out of stock and I should receive within 3-5 days. Yet there website still shows item in stock with garenteed delivery next day if ordered within the next x hours!

I paid for next day delivery, order placed on sat, item didn’t arrive till Tue! Plus conflicting advice from courrier 1st email said delivery on Monday then another said Tuesday!

I paid for next day delivery and didn't receive also the box was broke, as it was a gift for a friend she not only had a late gift but also received it in a broken box.

I ordered a charm on January 30th, after which the money was taken from my account - to be expected. I then received another email on February 1st claiming that my item was out of stock, and would be dispatched within 3-5 days. On February 7th (after there was still no confirmation of my item being dispatched) I emailed customer services asking what the delay was. Customer services responded to my email, later that day, claiming that the item was expected back in stock that day, and would be dispatched immediately afterwards. It is now February 9th and I STILL have had no email confirming dispatch. I ordered this gift for my partner's birthday 12 days in advance and will now have nothing to give him on his birthday on February 11th. I am frankly furious, especially considering the money was taken from my account weeks ago. Very poor service.

I placed two orders one to be sent as a present which arrived the following day but the other for me hasn't arrived although l had an email to say it has been dispatched. I sent them an email but have had no reply and phoned them numerous times but the line is always busy. 11 days since l received the dispatched email but now reading other reviews am wondering if they were really in stock or dispatched.

On four separate occasions I have ordered nomination charms and each time it has stated that the product was in stock. However each time I have received an email a day later saying the item was not in stock I have then waited a couple of weeks for the item to be delivered. It really should not be in stock on the website if it isn't especially for next day delivery as you can still select this. Very disappointing.
