“I have used Joshua James before for other jewellery that I have bought and their service is excellent so that is why I have used them again this time to buy a Thomas Subo Charm bracelet with charm as a birthday present. They are the first company that comes to mind when shopping for jewellery as they have such a wide choice with all different manufacturers and I find the web-site easy to use. “ordering goods was easy on the website. goods - nomination charms - were as described although a bit disappointed in the actual packaging as they were going to be gifts. Thought they might have come in a fancy gift box rather than just a plastic bag. Overall a good experience and would consider ordering items in the future.”

“Good delivery on that item but still awaiting conformation on order 552991 whichy was promised beween 4-6 days now says the end of nxt week which will be 20/11 when they receive it and later when I receive it - not too happy x”
