“Im always happy with my orders but i will say not happy with gift bags.. wen i order 5 charms i expect to get 5 gift bags.. wen ppl place a order it would be good for u to have a question that asks how many gift bags are required with this order... i buy for my self where i dont need gift bags and i also buy for fam and friends and need hift bags. Thanks yvette”

“I love my recent purchase (pandora ring) from Joshua James. The price for the item was the best I found online as there was a promotional 30% discount. I was notified by email that my order had been dispatched and I received my item the next day. Really good service! The only thing I was disappointed about was that my ring was wrapped in a bit of Pandora paper and posted to me in an envelope instead of a ring box with packaging, I wouldn't have been happy if it was a gift. It wouldn't stop me from buying again for myself though. Overall I would recommend Joshua James jewellers!”

“Charm arrived very promptly and free delivery was a bonus. Was just a little bit disappointed when only arrived with soft gift pouch. Bought this for a friend and would have preferred a charm gift box as looks a lot nicer when giving as a present. Rang my local Pandora store who very kindly agreed that if i took it into their store they would put it in a gift box and wrap it for me. I did this a few days later and am very pleased.”

Hi Danielle, Unfortunately as we not longer stock Pandora we have ran out of the boxes and gift bags, you should of received a Pandora pouch this is still official Pandora packaging. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards

“Authentic Pandora items at bargain prices! Reasonably quick delivery and fast communication. I just wish I was able to take advantage of the further discount they had on Pandora products...I had just placed orders where the discount was 20% but the very next day discount increased! Still overall I am still very pleased with the purchases I have made, and hope to take advantage of further offers and discounts.”
