“The item ordered was only part supplied on delivery. However as soon as IO explained this to JJ the replacement item was posted without delay. All in all a very good service and price.”

“I didn't realise the charm I ordered came in a plastic bag saying 'made in thailand' on it, luckily a friend gave me a Pandora box to give the gift in.”

Hi All Pandora item are supplied in these bags this is how they come from Pandora. You should of also received a puch or box for your charm. We apologise if this was not included

“very pleased with charm but not packaging. on the web site it says it comes with a gift box which it did'nt just a very small bag, even a nice pandora gift bag would have been better as it was a present.it just made a nice item look a bit cheap.”
