“Very happy with the item, speed of delivery and packaging, however the website says that items bought will be delivered with a Pandora box - it does not say that only on items of £25 or more. The company did however send me a hinged presentation box after I contacted them. Overall experience has been excellent”

“Originaly I found the site difficult to navigate but now I know how to go straight to Nomination items its much better. Postage is fast and items are well packed. Paypal didnt work on my order the first time and I had to use my credit card which was inconvenient.”

“I have had to return the earrings, unfortunately, as the clasp on one won't stay shut. It came out 3 times and each time was lucky enough to find it, once at work, once in my bathroom and in the cinema. It cost me £4.40 to return them to you recorded delivery. I have asked for a refund and will buy some more locally so if there are any further problems I can take them back to the shop rather than have to post them back. I know it is not your fault the clasp is faulty but it causes problems and unnecessary cost to send them back.”

“Earings are beautiful. The packaging could be better. I bought these for my mums 50th birthday and thought having them in a jewellery box would have given it a nice touch rather than a sache bag. I feel that putting them in a box allows them to look as valuable as they are.”
