“Ordering was easy. Delivery was very fast however I do think the charm should have been placed in the box it came with. Upon opening the package the first thing I checked was the Pandora box and found it was empty, thinking there had been a mistake I pulled the invoice out for contact information to find the charm in a plastic bag stapled to the paper.”

“I have ordered from Joshua James before and have been very happy with my purchase, again this time I was not disappointed with the speed of delivery but was disappointed to find that the charm only arrived in a black pouch (instead of a pandora box like last time) and that there was no ribbon to tie the pandora bag, so I had to buy some ribbon because the bag looked very odd without it.”

“Good website, excellent pictures, makes it easier to choose. Very good delivery and very please with how purchase looked. Unfortunately my wife knocked it (bracelet) wearing it first time and it fell off (gap in a link), I have put back together (not worth sending back) and tried to close link to stop falling off again. Even so very please and would recommend Joshua James.”
