“Recieved my order today 13/2/15 when I placed the order on the 7/2/15, this was longer than my last order as the tool was out of stock. Pleased with order & have recommended you to a friend who loves my braclet. Love the free gifts when you spend over a certain amount, keep them going.”

“I cannot fault J. J. The item arrived well packed and in very good time. Unfortuately I returned the Troll bead - entirely my own fault. I had not read the descruption well enough and thought I had ordered a bead for a bracelet - it was actually for a necklace. However I was very impressed with the ease with which I could return. Next time I will be more careful. Many thanks.”

“Only disappointment was loyality reward 5% off offer before 31/12/14 would not work, then recieved my next order with same 5% off voucher code to use before 31/12/14 with only 7 days to use it, when it would not work in the first place, therefore losing 2 x 5% savings on nomination charms.”

“The earrings bought were for a present for my Daughter so its hard to comment, What I will say is they were easy to order, I think they arrived in 3 days, were well and attractively packaged and looked fine to me. So far I am impressed and well satisfied.”
