“My order was shipped in a timely manner. The only concern I have is the charm I ordered a genuine Pandora Charm? I thought about returning it because I'm unsure. I have 4 bracelets with charms and this Wildflower charm doesn't look the same.”

“Loved how quickly items arrived but Would have been nice to have a Thomas sabo bag or box to make the present seem more special. Not quite the same giving a lovely gift in a little pouch”

“Was a little worried as first when parcel hadn't arrived as I had email to say it had been despatched (5 days earlier. ) More concerned it had been lost in post but arrived the following day. I did email and was reassured it may take a little longer.”

“I was very happy with how fast the two charms arrived but was a little disappointed that I had to phone up about the free tool that I was to get as part of the deal was not there but they did send it out that day and I got it the day after.”

“Order Fossil pave bangle but received the wrong item. Frustration exacerbated by 20 mins on hold to an unmanned (on a Saturday) telephone number - with recorded message telling you to hold on. Email to customer services on Monday resolved. Requested to return incorrect product and assured correct one would then be sent on with postage refunded. A bit worried as no longer showing as available on website. Amy in customer services double-checked and assured being held for my order. All in all, correct product with me within a week of receiving the wrong one and postage fully refunded. Mistakes do happen - but happy with resolution (if not that message on the phone)”

“Super fast delivery, and plenty of stock when others had sold out! Lots of communication regarding delivery - however, I changed delivery date to a later one to be sure I would be in to sign for the bracelet, but it came on the original day - not a problem for me as someone else was in, but it could have been inconvenient.”

“I have used Josua James on 2 occasions. Unfortunately, my latest purchase was tampered with en route, and the silver charm was stolen. However, they quickly sent me a replacement charm in a more robust padded envelope. I will use them again.”

“I received the items quickly. I had asked for 3 gift boxes 1 for each nomination charm ordered and I only received one. As the charms are for 3 different people I would have liked 3 boxes”

“Easy to order. Efficient delivery. Adequate packaging. Personal gift which is what I was looking for. Disappointed the names are so small. I expected them to be bigger and clearer. However the gift wasn't very expensive.”
