“As a guy I don't know much about Jewellery. This was confirmed after I ordered charms for a nomination bracelet, I was phoned shortly after my order was placed to be asked if I was sure they were the right size I wanted, which it turned out they weren't. The customer service agent I spoke to explained it was a common mistake and sorted the problem within a few minutes. This saved me a lot of hassle of having to send them back to be swapped. She was very polite and they were delivered quite quickly.”

“Great delivery, but I bought 3 items and only got sent 1 gift wrap, but when I asked about this I got sent out more gift wrap straight away which was great!!”

“Last delivery was fine. Previous deliveries were poor waited more than a month for one delivery, wouldn't have minded if I had been contacted and made aware of delays, but I had to do the contacting. Also disappointed that discount codes do not cover Nominations, I can therefore buy locally at same price and not be waiting for a delivery. This is a shame as I buy Nominations for several people as well as myself.”

“I ordered a charm that stated next day delivery with royal mail, it didnt arrive for four days. thats not really a complaint because I telephoned and spoke to a very nice lady and do realise that the later delivery is down to royal mail. I just think perhaps as long as when we buy we are aware of that it wouldnt be a problem. , I think maybe a correction on the wording on the confirmation would be a good idea. I would like to say I and my daughter have dealt with this firm more than once, and we are very pleased with how everything is dealt with Thankyou”

“From order to delivery communication was perfect even being advised of delivery hour slot. The watch provided great value for money. Only down side is that I am finding it difficult to find someone to shorten the ceramic strap. If this service could be provided at point of supply would have been 5 stars.”
