“Service was easy & fast. Website was easy to navigate & find what we were looking for. Showing the Stock levels made of a more confident shop knowing what was ordered will arrive next day as planned. Only small problem was the charms we ordered were not delivered with the normal Pandora Charm Box. As it was a separate present for someone should of had its own box like you would in any Pandora Shop. Overall great & fast service. Would use again.”

“I ordered my girlfriend a radley watch for her birthday. The watch was a good price and joshua james kept me updated on its whereabouts until it reached me. It came wrapped around a soft pillow in a lovely presentation box. My only gripe is that the strap was not the same as advertised on the website and was plain as opposed to the patterned one shown.”

“The service was first class from Joshua James, however DPD the delivery courier was a total farce. I text back an option to leave with a neighbour to find when I got back a "we missed you" note. In the end I had to go to the depot to collect my wife's birthday present.”

“Ordered a watch and some Swarovski jewellery (which was on offer). Kept the Swarovski earrings, but returned the watch as I thought it looked cheap. Got an email soon after I had posted return to confirm payment had been refunded - 3 days later still waiting for refund to show in my account!”

“ordered a soldier to soldier bracelet it arrived as promised unfortunatly the wrong size was sent but a quick call to customers service resolved the matter and a replacement was sent and the postage refunded overall i am happy”

“The service I received was excellent! I e mailed to enquire and got a response quickly. My order arrived quickly and well packaged. I would say however that i tried two different voucher codes and neither worked. i was also slightly disappointed in the ring i ordered as it was not as 'blingy' as the picture on the website but it is delicate and very pretty.”

“good - love the ring. disappointed in the packaging. have ordered pandora bits in the past from other suppliers and they have given the box, bag etc. but it was fine and really, only a minor issue”
