“My pandora neclace is lovley butt when it arrived I was very disappointed that I couldn't put it on I didn't see any thing about a clip that I had to buy I clasp I have brought to 3 or 4 things from you and have been happy I use your shop as I'm disabled with many things but at the same time like to buy nice things i had in mind what charm I liked and was going to buy but has all had to go on hold I'm really sorry I have had to tell you this. Thank you tracy”

“My order arrived the next day as promised. I was a little disappointed with the lack of gift box and bag for the earrings, however, I emailed JJ and an extra gift box was sent out free of charge- a super service thank you. I would definitely order from this site again!”

“Great but this is my 3rd order from you and the 1st was delivered by courier but the later 2 were delivered by Royal Mail and the packaging was inadequate as both were delivered with the envelope split were the charm was attached. Luckily the charm was still attached!”
