“Very pleased with my item. Slight niggle was that I ordered them on a Friday (in time for next day), paid extra to have it delivered the next day and then got an email saying i would receive my goods on the Monday! It was for a friends birthday so really could have done with them the next day. I did call you and was told that DPD don't work on a Saturday, had a known this i would have not paid the extra. Regards Emma”

“Very speedy delivery and excellent service. My only disappointment as this is a gift for someone is the lack of a Pandora gift bag. It simply arrived in a small box. Better service from a competitor.”

“I ordered a genuine Pandora charm for a friends birthday, but when I received it I was very disappointed that it did not come with the usual gift box. It was actually attached to the invoice in a plastic bag ! There was a flimsy box but I threw that in the bin. Luckily I had a spare box from previous purchases from the Pandora shop. Very disappointed.”

“The watch was lovely, and although there was an initial hiccup with the delivery I contacted them and they got delivery rearranged immediately to suit me and my time schedule, which I really appreciated. Customer service was very good.”

“The beads a beautiful and service was very quick and efficient. I very slight critisism is that I was hoping they would be closer to navy blue which is how they looked on the picture(rather than bright blue) But given the excellent price it's not really too muvh of an issue. Thank you”
