“Bracelet arrived well package and quickly, only gripe was that it wasn't presented in a box as expected! Phoned to ask for a box and they did send me one out, which arrived promptly.”

“Everything was great, except that my Pandora charms that my husband ordered for my birthday nearly ended up in the bin as they were just stapled to a piece of paper rather than in the presentation box! Also only one gift bag was sent with the two charms, so tricky if they were for different people...”

“Fantastic service, I ordered a Nomination braclet for my wife for valentines at mid day the day before and arrived the following morning (I upgraded my post). Slight let down was the Nomination braclet tool that should have come free with more order did not arrive, I called and told out of stock and will send out (nothing yet)”

“Great price, quick service, only one criticism was charm was attached to invoice by a tiny plastic packet. So as it was a gift I put the bos in the bag provided thinking the charm was already in the box and nearly through the packaging away.”
