“Having placed an order just before Christmas, I was very pleased with the speed of the delivery. I was very pleased with the quality of the items I received. The only query I have is that I am still waiting to receive the free Thomas Sabo jewellery box that my order qualified for. On the delivery note, this item was highlighted. I wondered if there was a reason for this? I have attempted to telephone on several occasions to gain an update on my enquiry but to no avail. Could you therefore please let me know by return of e-mail when this additional item is likely to arrive. Thankyou in advance for your help in this matter. Kind regards, Helen Boxall”

“was dismayed to find my 1st order had been tampered with intransit, and the most expensive item had been removed!!, however upon my notififying you, another one was in the post, and arrived recorded delivery the next day,! excellent response,!!, thankyou, however I felt that the packaging could have been a great deal better , and not so easy to be pilfered in the post! but due to excellent & speedy replacement, I will be using you again, many thanks”

“I placed 3 separate orders over the Christmas period. The delivery was slightly longer than advertised, however it was the busiest time. I received free diaries and £10 gift vouchers as stated. I would certainly use this company again and have found them to be slightly cheaper than other retailers.”

“My delivery was very fast especially when it had to come as far as the Shetland Islands. The packaging was excellent and was delighted with my order. The only problems was that it said that I would get a free Thomas Sabo diary with my order, if I ordered over a certain amount, but I did not receive the free diary. It was on the delivery note but not in the parcel. If you had run out, it would have been helpful to have stated this and sent one when you had more stock, or has it just been missed? Besides this, I was very happy with my the goods received.”

“After driving the 12 miles to the shop in Hessle and them not having the item wanted,I ordered at 12:30pm on Monday 23rd Dec, on -line ,and the item was delivered at 10:10am 24th Dec. I was able to follow the progress of the deliver firm so knew when to expect them. This was the better way of shopping and I will do this everytime I need to buy from Joshua James.”
