“I always buy Trollbeads from here, but when you buy more than one, why do you get only one box??????? If they are for more than one person, who gets the box and who goes without????”

“I have only received one of two parts of my order (order number 356917). The jewellery box (ref DK80) is highlighted in green/yellow highlighter on the list if items but has no explanation as to why it is highlighted. Perhaps you could investigate and let me know the situation?”

“The items were slightly delayed in arrival -perhaps due to Christmas postal 'backlogs'- but the troll beads themselves are excellent. We have since bought another item in the Lancaster shop where service was good.”
