“Very pleased with service overall, but did have a moment of sheer panic when I automatically went to the presentation box to check the pandora charm ordered and nothing was there. Found charm in poly bag safely attached to delivery note but could have done without the panicky bit!”

“I feel that if i was to buy the same jewelery in a shop it would be presented or packaged alot better,dissapointed with the packaging ,there is and was no wow factor.I'm sure i would buy here more often if they gift wrapped all the jewelery.”

“The package arrived safely and on time. I ordered 7 charms (6 Nominations, 1 Pandora) for 7 different people but only received gift packaging for 3 (2 Nomination, 1 Pandora). I had to purchase extra gift wrapping elsewhere. It would be useful if you could ask whether gift wrap is needed and if so how many for.”

“Overall, I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the delivery and felt that I got value for money. The only criticism I would like to make is that I ordered two very small charms for my Nomination bracelet, and whilst I appreciate that you don't want to highlight the value of the contents of the envelope, I believe that the charms could have been more securely packaged. Not realising what was in the envelope, and believing it to be advertising, my husband almost threw the envelope away.”
