“The great price for the selected watch made my purchase perfect. Delivery time is the same as indicated in the delivery section. So I'm truly delighted about my first purchase on your site. The only thing I want to mention, that it would be great to have tracking information in the account. Also there is no option to modify my shipping address. Thanks.”

“I had a bit of a heart attack when I opened the box, to find it empty! Stapling the charm in its plastic bag to the invoice maybe a good idea, but not when you expect it to be in its presentation box!”

“My delivery arrived quickly which was perfect, I was a little disappointed with the lack of protection around my item but it wasn't damaged. I didn't receive my free give box at first but ha a reply withing an hour of my complaint email and my gift box arrived the next day. Very pleased with the way it was all handled, very polite apologetic and professional I will be using them again!”

“The product was as described and beautiful. However, I was disappointed that it was not fully packaged. it was in the presentation box, but I was expecting it in a Sabo gift bag too to complete the presentation....”
