“I am very happy with the process - ordering very easy, delivery great. The only thing was I ordered four charms and only received two gift bags so I now have to find two more which is a little frustrating.”

“Good prices, fast and free delivery too. I had to exchange my item which was done and a new one sent to me within a week, very impressed. Would be good however to have free returns as I had to spend £6 returning the first item as I wanted it recorded due to cost of it.”

“Good service from yourselves but I had to pay the courier and extra £12 to get my parcel delivered on a Saturday as they wouldn't specify a time fir delivery. Great service from you but rubbish courier”

“Really pleased with all the jewellery I received online.It arrived quickly & efficiently,it was also packed safely & securely.I was grateful of the emails & txt messages I received telling me when my parcel was about to arrive...the 2 extra free gifts that came with my order were also gratefully received.I will definitely be using your website again to order my jewellery...thank you.”

“Very, very happy with ease of ordering online (I'm in Australia) and speed of delivery. Only issue was, as this was a Christmas present for my Mam in the UK and I added a note in the order to say this, I was slightly disappointed that the invoice was included in the parcel for my Mam to see the cost. Otherwise would highly recommend :-)”

“This was my first order and was really pleased with the prompt delivery and price as this was a present for someone. I have since placed another order for my own chamilla bracelet , one of the items was not able to be sourced even though it stated it was in stock but have been offered a discount to choose something else which i find acceptable and appreciated. I will continue to shop online with yourselves.”

“Quick delivery and really like the free gift Thomas sabo jewellery box, for spending over a certain amount, however no bags delivered with jewellery as they were gifts, I like to give them in the Thomas sabo bags, it's a shame it's not an option to add on which you are wanting gift bags for”
